Buzzy, can you get the 'Fly Member' discount, because you know how Nan LOVES a discount? I'll work on finding some Dooney & Bourke hip waders 'cause we might come across some Elephant "Poo Pourri"...

I'm currently trying to decide if I want to upgrade us from a CL standard view to a water view OR to a premium dining plan so I can use the recreation and childcare. We attempted to talk the mother in law into going with us and paying for an extra room/ticket/dining plan, but she can't say yes or no. I'm done waiting on her. Does she NOT understand I am a planning crazed person? I NEED to know now!

What is the premium dining plan- is this something different from the Deluxe Dining Plan? The reference to recreation and childcare is throwing me off.

Teena, just wanted to say that it was so nice to meet you. Thanks again for retrieving my grandson Brady's balloon from the lobby ceiling. Also thanks for being so friendly with my grandson Parker and giving him Mickey stickers. You are truly a special person. I wish I would have thought to take a picture. Here are a few pictures so you can remember who we are since you meet so many people in a days work.

Another plug for BC CL, they went above and beyond for us. We decided to extend our stay and ended up spending most of the day at the concierge desk due to magic band issues so they credited us $200 on our room. We did not ask for this. Allison gave my grandsons balloons, a plush Mickey and Pluto and Neil made my DH and I blinged out anniversary buttons.

Also my daughter's double stroller was worked on by Disney engineering due to flat tires. Unfortunately they over inflated the front tire and it blew up. There wasn't any way to fix it, so Neil insisted on purchasing her 2 new umbrella strollers.

This type of service is exactly why we choose to stay at Disney and we will definitely be going back to the Beach Club.

I think someone recently posted that she overheard cast members saying that they were putting new washers in one of the laundry rooms - I don't think you got pictures of the new & improved laundry room. I think it was Beach Club, not Yacht Club, but I'm not positive.

Also, months ago someone requested pictures of the restrooms in the lobby areas. I don't know if you ever got pictures of those to post.

I did online check in for the yacht club. We check in on Oct 26th. My question is it did not give us an option for a king size bed. How do I go about requesting one?

You need to call Disney's Central Reservation Office and have the request noted on your reservation. If you are staying club level, I would further let IPO know your request.

I have been told that there are very few king bed rooms at the Yacht Club, so it doesn't hurt to ask, but be aware that it is very possible that there will not be a room available when you check in that has a king bed configuration.

If you are willing to change rooms later in your vacation, let them know at checkin.
