Disney News, Discussion & an Element of Fun - 2025 Edition

Can you tell me if I need to see Thunderbolts* before Fantastic Four? I missed it in theatres and don't want to have to pay for it if I can just wait for free streaming, but I really really don't want to miss FF on the big screen, so if I need to see Thunderbolts* first, I'll pay to stream it.

There's a post credits scene, but it's not vital too anything. Seeing FF tomorrow. Can't wait to see Galactus!

Thunderbolts was entertaining. As someone that has dealt with depression issues my entire life, the story really struck home. I liked it, but still feel they're just not in stride with anything since the Infinity Saga.

Not news but Scott Gustin has some predictions for D23 next month. Most of it is pretty tame, dealing with existing projects, will note that one wildcard prediction is something I’ve had an eye on: a refurb of Space Mountain. He suggests it could be a straight track replacement with possibly some enhancements, I’d love for them to go bigger.

Would also like to see them turn more attention towards some areas of Epcot.

Wonders of Life
Living Seas (they pulled all the mammals - that was the interesting part of the giant fish tank)
Imagination
Spaceship Earth

These are LONG overdue for major refurbishment!

Not to mention the LONG rumored addition to World Showcase.

They should close Journey Into Imagination with Figment and give it a big overhaul so it can be restored to its original glory (Journey Into Imagination). As for Wonders of Life, they should at least, when bringing it back, replace Crainium Command with an Inside Out show that teaches about the mind.

The DVC lounge would have to close in order to do that (as I think that upstairs area used to be part of the OG ride) which I personally wouldn't mind if it meant Journey into Imagination became an actually good ride but I'm not sure the DVC owners would agree...

Ya…. We love the lounge but I am sure there are other areas to choose from for a replacement! Guardians anyone ?🥴😉😎

Maybe part of Wonders of Life bldg?

Well, I don't think they should restore the ride to exactly what it used to be, but it sure could use a refresh, hopefully one that is closer to how the original was.
