Just a quick comment; checked in yesterday morning at the Yacht Club; where I have never been; took myself on a tour and of course found Teena over in the lobby at the Beach Club.
What a wonderful lady! Very kind and helpfulAnd she gave me some great ideas for potential birthday/Christmas presents for my 12 soon to be 13 niece.

I had been able to book 10/30, 10/31 and 11/3, but not 11/1 and 11/2... I figured I would get on that again when I returned from this trip, but I just checked and I'm able to make fast pass+ reservations so I guess they figured out the issue! Now to get the refund for the cancelled dolphin experience... always something!
Teena, just wanted to say that it was so nice to meet you. Thanks again for retrieving my grandson Brady's balloon from the lobby ceiling. Also thanks for being so friendly with my grandson Parker and giving him Mickey stickers. You are truly a special person. I wish I would have thought to take a picture. Here are a few pictures so you can remember who we are since you meet so many people in a days work.
Another plug for BC CL, they went above and beyond for us. We decided to extend our stay and ended up spending most of the day at the concierge desk due to magic band issues so they credited us $200 on our room. We did not ask for this. Allison gave my grandsons balloons, a plush Mickey and Pluto and Neil made my DH and I blinged out anniversary buttons.
Also my daughter's double stroller was worked on by Disney engineering due to flat tires. Unfortunately they over inflated the front tire and it blew up. There wasn't any way to fix it, so Neil insisted on purchasing her 2 new umbrella strollers.
This type of service is exactly why we choose to stay at Disney and we will definitely be going back to the Beach Club.
I tried to talk her and Mr. Nannette into a backstage tour called "Poo-pourri of the Animal Kingdom" but for some reason she didn't seem interested. Personally speaking it's one of my favorite tours but to each her own....
I've been waiting to see that image on the My Disney Experience page for months now. Tomorrow midday, we hit the Beach (Club)

Yep, that Teena is something else when she goes all "Mary Poppins" and flys up to the ceiling to catch those wayward balloons! Not too many people know this but I, Buzzy the Fly, applied for that balloon catching job but due to myself being a 'fly weight' it was working out to be more like the balloon was catching me and I couldn't make back to the ground. It was then that Teena saved me and everyone decided that I made a better Beach Club Bon Vivant versus a wayward balloon wrangler!
I'm also looking forward to Nannette's visit!!!

We're actually getting married at the YC Gazebo so staying there too will be perfect.
