Lou - Holy smokes
Awesome job on the PR, especially considering it was such a masochistic course!! Hoping you're feeling fine today
.
Howard -
So sorry about your foot and the waste of time doc appt
. Glad it's feeling somewhat better and hopefully the podiatrist will provide some words of wisdom. Thanks for posting Cam's link - the pics are great
Mike - Sweet time on the 5K
Bet you enjoyed the LSD miles all the more yesterday
Jodi - Not sure when the Adirondack Marathon came up but I've run it before. It's a really small race and the course is around Schroon Lake. 1st half is hilly and the second half (which the 1/2 marathon is run on) is a bit more tame. To answer Cindy's question, I'd say it's a solid 1.5 hours north of Albany.
Cindy - Sorry the 8 miles kind of sucked
and that the knees are bothering you. Don't sweat the upcoming 1/2 and just do what you can
without injuring yourself!
Dave - Thanks for checking in and nice job on the double-digit run
Have a great time with the family!
Colleen - Hoping the swim meet was a huge success
.
Okay, so are we still entertaining ideas for a fall marathon
? I guess I've gotta actually read the thread
. The TM did show up on Friday
so things are starting to look up
The weather looks like spring will actually arrive before too long

Any other ideas
, that's just insane. Good luck & have fun!! I ran a 5k yesterday in Hartford. It was fun, crowded & I got dusted by a 9 y/o.
Hey, there was a free beer (real beer, not cat urine) & corned beef @ the finish, so how bad could it have been? My Garmin said I ran it in 26:31, I think, but THEY said I ran it in 26:47...I'll take my time
.

I hope you got in under the wire, If not, they're accepting

. I know you were looking forward to running that one. So does that mean you'll accept Cam's invite?
