The extended forecast is not looking good for us right now Not only are some days real cold, there are 2 days of RAIN I know that there's a good chance it will change but I'm getting depressed about it....

I wouldn't put too much faith in the forecast that far out. I had been looking at the forecast for this week last week, and it had been forecasted for the 70's and now it is in the 50's/60's. Hopefully if you are expecting rain and cold you will be pleasantly surprised!

Hey everyone.......to all of you planning to visit within the next few weeks.....when you're at Hollywood Studios/Backlot Tour say a big Hello to my son, Jake, who just started his College Program and will be driving the tram on the Backlot Tour. Just look for the good looking kid (about 5'10") with dimples wearing a name badge with Jake/Penn State. He starts driving next week......what fun for him!!! I want to apply to the College Program!

Not that I have a ton of faith in the weather this far out. But I do wish they were more consistent! One has 70's - One has rain - one has a mix - it's so frustrating!

I just go with the ones I like better! Right now weather.com and wunderground look pretty good. Don't like accuweather as much!

I also looked at 2 local orlando news stations and like them as well.

I only panic because being from CA, I don't have a lot of "cold" and "layer" clothing.

I have a lot to figure out!

Today is my son's 2nd birthday, Happy Birthday Casen. We will be celebrating with a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday to get us in the spirit of Disney! I can't wait!!!!!!!

*SIGH* Accuweather's long-range forecast has RAIN RAIN RAIN RAIN from when we arrive until we leave (Jan 28 - Feb 1). I'm sitting here in PA waiting for an ice storm, getting totally depressed at the idea of spending all that money to walk around in the rain for four days...

It could change, right?

YES!! I don't believe the extended forecasts - I think, especially this time of the year, things can change really quickly. We'll be there 1/30 - 2/6 (13 more days!!!!) and I'm not going to really start looking at the forecast until about 4 or 5 days out.

Whatever happens, enjoy! And remember - it's still warmer than PA!! I say this as I sit in 7 degree temps near Buffalo, NY.

I keep reminding myself about that -- we've had a rough winter up here in the Northeast corridor, haven't we???

I just checked accuweather and myforecast and they are very different forecasts and both of them have changed daily. Whatever. I'm just bringing umbrellas and ponchos.

well, Accuweather for me isn't that bad today and has improved over yest. We went to Disneyland in October and I bought ponchos and I was so frustrated with them all day! (It rained pretty much all day) I am hoping for the best with a rain coat!
