Disney 4th wish class ship

I heard the same rumour on the Destiny last week. I think a Pixar themed ship would be so much fun so I’m all for this, however I bet DCL wish they hadn’t already used Coco on the Treasure for the restaurant if the rumour is true as I can’t think what other Pixar theme they could use for the show restaurant. Maybe Brave.
Ratatouille?

I'm looking forward to the 3 ships in the new class as well. I hope they learn from their mistakes with the Wish class and bring back the full, wrap-around promenade deck and put the adult lounges and pool deck back into a separated district. I know that it makes more sense to have baby racing in the Hero Zone, but it feels more fun and central to the ship activities when they do it in the atrium.
They have been holding the baby racing in the atrium on destiny so far.

From what I heard the wish class was designed by someone who never cruised or been on a ship. Disney wasn't happy after the wish and that person was let go and someone new was brought on witch explains why the last two ships have been a bit better. The layout sadly had to stay.

Laura Cabo is the person you are referring to- she has not been let go. The comments she made about never having cruised before are in the show about making the Wish on Disney+.

And just to be clear, there is no way that she was the one who designed the Wish class ships. That's done by navel architects and the builders working with the customer to deliver a sea worthy product.

I doubt a fully Pixar ship- Might be Pixar heavy (like the Destiny is Marvel heavy) but even then they had non Marvel spaces as well. I still think the chances are high for an Encanto stage show (or dining experience)

She is the lead designer for Disney- but yes of course she is not a naval architect.
