I have had A DAY! Physical therapy at 10 (and I'm normally not even "going" by 10! ) with new exercises to strengthen tummy muscles that hurt ; quick brunch and then off for 1 pm dental appointment. Today's procedure HURT (rebuilding tooth areas around gums) and then I bit my tongue trying to eat a late lunch! "Day of rest" tomorrow and then another "epic" day Thursday with morning PT and afternoon at dermatologist for yearly checkup and flu shot. But, by next week, I'll be down to only 3 more PT sessions and evaluation, a perm and haircut and then I can finally look forward to fall vacation! Missing Allie so it's time!

Well you had quite the day. You may have to share the tummy exercises. I haven’t done COP in a long time. Is it one of the later future scenes? Maybe the Christmas scene or the one showing the kitchen and tv?

The tummy strengthening exercises are, by far, the hardest ones I've had to do! I'll take pictures of the "how to" sheets and get them to you and I think there might be a website also to watch them. Goal is to strengthen muscles that support the hip ! Yep...busy day and was so tired I slept through alarm this morning! Mouth is still hurting a little and now sinus are acting up too. REALLY humid day today in the 90's and off/on rain showers...cool front trying to enter area. But, David's fixing dinner tonight ...another one of his "experiments" !
