Kelly - no guff. 3 AM I wake up saying in my head, "Curly Wurly" and Cadbury's "Flake" - the log? We used to have CW here (calling them Wig Wags) when I was little but of course they were twice the size of Curly Wurlys cause this is North America!!!!

Big news!
I am down. Yes, I am down. I am down .8 and I'm thrilled. So that's four for the challenge I think. So eating you can say "back on". Exercise - bang on.
I said to Jean, "I'm down. I feel like such an a$$ to post a loss after venting so much."
She says, "You're so ridiculous. What's wrong with you?"
But you know what. I'm lucky, yes. But I posted earlier that I thought what can you control right now (last weekend).
So eating was off for emotional reasons. So I said, "exercise and water". And I did both through all the eating. And I hopped back on with eating by Monday.
And I have a big hint for some of you. Listen, I don't know if you remember but at the end of the last BL the last two weeks I lost nearly 3 pounds each of those weeks after being 1, 1.5 etc. etc.
So when I started eating I thought Lisa try that specific exercise rotation. I rotate different workouts from week to week (6 on, 2 off).
So it means something. It obviously is a good combination. I won't do it every rotation cause I feel like it wears me down instead of pumps me up. But here it is:
These two workouts were for the week:
1) My interval program which is full body weight moves intertwined with 3 minute hard, intense cardio. For 50 minutes to an hour. My HR is very high the entire time.
Next day:
2) An hour long cardio but I make sure I don't push it. I don't wear my HR monitor on purpose. I'm very competitive so I couldn't look at the low 120s and not start pushing it. I think of it as a long slow run kind of workout.
Next day #1 and so on and so on.
So obviously because of the loss this week and those two other weeks - it works miracles for me.
I'm a tad upset with myself because I said if I was on my heavy interval rotation that I wouldn't do anything in between. But I thought I would experiment this week.
