yep, Lynette has been my favorite character since day one. No idea why, I only have one kid! But since she first waded in the pool to drag her kids out, and punched out her husband, I've loved her.

Karen, did you ever check your library for the HP CD sets? They might have them, and it's so enjoyable listening to that guy read the books! He does the voices great! I think we have Goblet of Fire, and maybe Order of the Phoenix if you want to borrow them. Didn't buy the last set, we all read it, but may get them eventually on half.com.

The boy in that show....Corky.....I worked with a doctor who looked JUST like him. Spittin' image. Couldn't get it out of my head that a doctor with Down's Syndrome was working on ill children!!!

I loved "Life Goes On!!" I also enjoyed "My so called life" even though I was long out of that phase of my life when the show appeared.

I'm just waiting for "Thirtysomething" to come out. That was one of my favorite shows...I'm enjoying watching Alias episodes just knowing that Ken Olin directs the show...Even caught a glimpse of him in a cameo...Since Patricia Wettig "Nancy" plays the shrink - I'd like "Elliot" to show up in a cameo at some point...

Our library has them....Goblet of Fire...57 copies...all out.
Order of the Phoenix 106 copies...all out.
Half-blood Prince....109 copies....all out.

BUT....looks like I can get this one TODAY......

Ohminnie...the kids say that Nintendogs is a blast!

The review on the DS.....only the new DS-specific games will use both screens. The older games will play on it, but only on one screen.
They're good, because they are less expensive than a PSP....but not as good as a Gameboy Advance, because the screen isn't as big.
And, the DS won't fit in your pocket, like the GB Advance will.
Jared says he'd rather have the GB Advance or the PSP. (Good thing, since he has both, and he isn't getting anything new.....whether Virgil has one or not!!)

So that's a kids' review. For what it's worth.
