How long has it been?? I have noticed its taking longer these days ugh! 10 days in for me

Deed recorded on the 3rd and MA received paperwork from title company on the 4th. So 6 days from dead recording and 5 days since they received paperwork. I'm not sure if the wait is worse for the or ROFR.

To me this one has always been worse because you know they have it and can process it and they haven't yet! And if you're like me you need those points to book something that is available right now and might not be in 10 days!

To me it is completely frustrating! I need one more night at Vero Beach for this year and its open but availability is winding down daily.

Yes I am trying to book December 12-15. I might need to piece nights together, but the longer I wait the already slimmer availability becomes and a high demand time.

Omg that is so funny! I got my points before her and I felt bad we didnt go through at the same time, i felt we'd been on this journey together and needed to end it together

Yep im Im in the same boat. Mine is in September and im surprised they even have availability. If it goes away then my whole trip gets cut short one day, plane tickets have to be rebooked or we have to move rooms for one day, something I really would want to do. If they would just process i could have my whole vacation. It really sucks.

After the third time around I dont even check daily like I used to I know they're not going to do anything for at least 14 days. My time for my other two has been 16 days. Im thinking 16-21 days for this one! I'll start checking this weekend

That really sucks and feel terrible for you! I would've lost my mind and ended up in the mental hospital with my anxiety meter pegged.

I check dvc availability tool it’s not as real time accurate but it gives you an idea of what was available this morning. It updates every couple of hours.

Random question, did you get a notification your deed was recorded? I keep checking the DVC loop up and it’s still not showing. I’m on day 11 since doing my wire transfer it’s just super annoying lol
