I can hardly stand the wait any more lol! All the resort view 2 bedrooms for my June trip next year are gone so I guess we're doing Lake view.

There's no point in emailing my agent asking about updates on the sellers right? The documents said they had to be returned within 7 days, and we're at 10 now, so I'm a little punchy. I am mostly worried about the banking deadline, we need to bank the 2025 points in to 2026 by the end of September 😬 I thought starting in early July was going to be plenty of time for that.

I would suggest you ask the sellers to bank the points now before you move to closing. There's a fair risk you'll not make the banking deadline otherwise.

Also worth chasing them up - I found harassment worked well for us at 51 days end to end.

Yes Id email. Are we talking about closing documents or sales contract docs? Ive never had any closing docs give 7 days. If this is the sales contract I would 100% require banking or cancel unless you okay with not being able to bank them. Today is your last day to cancel. No chance you will have the points by the end of September (unless you are talking about closing docs)
