Oh my! ME too!! It's few and far between when I see a movie that doesn't have an error. Tonight's error was that in one scene Harry's scar was over the wrong eye!

I always wonder why they don't hire me to find these things!

Ohminnie...the kids say that Nintendogs is a blast!

The review on the DS.....only the new DS-specific games will use both screens. The older games will play on it, but only on one screen.
They're good, because they are less expensive than a PSP....but not as good as a Gameboy Advance, because the screen isn't as big.
And, the DS won't fit in your pocket, like the GB Advance will.
Jared says he'd rather have the GB Advance or the PSP. (Good thing, since he has both, and he isn't getting anything new.....whether Virgil has one or not!!)

So that's a kids' review. For what it's worth.

Ohminnie...had to laugh...I was asking the kids about the games, and Jordan said "Why don't they just get a real dog?" LOL
From what I understand, the DS only takes the Advance games.....better check that with the King of Toys, though.

The original poster on the idiotic thread started out talking about the obnoxious things they had seen at WDW. But went on to say that they quit taking pictures of the castle and Mickey, in favor of pics of people. Like some "fat" person with a turkey leg in each hand. He also said that they show these pictures to their dinner guests and get a good laugh out of them.

And of course, 3 pages worth of people chimed in with "Oh, you should have seen the one I saw!".
There were maybe 3 people who said "This is just wrong".
They were even bordering on racism.

Note to self - Not a good idea to invite scuba instructor over for dinner when trying to save money for November cruise.

Good Morning again...missed the posts last night as I was in the pool with my (shame - oh - shame) remedial scuba class....Mask off, regulator out, mask off, mask and regulator off......mask flooded, regulator purged.....OK now, this stopped being fun about 1/2 hour ago......I am hungry and I want my Smithwick's.....

So, you can see my instructor takes his promise of a refresher seriously.......Took a hint from one of Jim's posts to close my eyes....not because of contacts, but with eyes closed I was less likely to look for the missing gear and able to focus (ok that word does not fit) on the technique of finding it......I would however request Matt stay away from my tanks - not sure that I could turn the air back on....One advantage of a prescription mask with coke bottle lenses....instructor could not see if I still had water in it.....HAH......

Good for I'm not Lisa - I read enough to see that the thread should have been removed. geez, some people!!!!

And, we are not big TV watchers (although it seems to be on a lot). Have not seen the Race show, nor any of the others....Our November thread is posting about new shows as well......I'll stick to books.

Speaking of books, I have a stack I'm starting to bring to swap....Natch, these are the ones that will be perfect for a cruise as they can be left on the deck without worry.....translation, the ones I like I keep and re-read....

Must try to get up and move......have to be up and out and driving soon....

Course instructor says once we have our own gear (we will store it at KikiKaren's - see earlier post), I can jump in the pool anytime and have such fun with gear....Seiously, it was a good session, glad I passed!
