Trader Joe's Cookie Butter!

Just tried some today and I'm officially hooked. I can't believe how good this stuff is!

You could put it in toast, bread, ice cream, waffles, anything you'd put jelly, jam or butter on. It tastes like graham cracker spread. It's smooth with a tiny bit of crunch from the cookies. It's good enough to eat with a spoon.

My friend picked this up and was trying to describe it to me. I couldn't understand what it was. She was dipping butter cookies in it I think at the time. So I told her of course it was delicious-she was eating cookies dipped in a cookie/margerine spread! What's not to love?!

I bought a jar of the biscoff spread. I think you are right...pure evil. I was wondering if the trader joes stuff was similar. Yeah, you want to stay away from the stuff

I was pretty pumped when I saw TJ's had a speculoos spread earlier this year. I love to recreate the waffle I had on the infamous Wafels and Dinges NYC food truck - speculoos with bananas, so good!

The Trader Joe's just opened here a couple of weeks ago. I'm on my second jar of Cookie Butter. Needless to say it's very dangerous.

No, it's not like butter. It's like peanut butter....made with speculoos (Biscoff) cookies instead of peanuts. It's completely sinful and I am so grateful that it contains wheat and soy. Otherwise, i would be overwhelmed with the need to consume a jar per day.

OH.MY.GOSH.
I resisted the urge to buy a jar. A couple days later I took my husband to TJ.
A jar is now in the house.

Can someone who has a jar of it do me a favor? Can you check the label for any warning of contains/may contain peanuts/tree nuts? I would love to try this but there is no point of me going to buy some if its not safe for my son. Thanks!
