Fall 2026 itineraries

I'm thinking next week at this point... or perhaps in August....

Bookings are definitely slow... but at some point they are cannibalizing future sales.. I am starting to look at other lines for our November cruise in 2026… not ready to pull the trigger, but maybe soon…

Are you still sticking with that?

Update

So iv just spoken to captain Mickey and unfortunately he’s not quite ready to post the new cruises, he said he really was trying to get it set for today that’s why the site was even down for hours but he’s being having to much fun in the magic kingdom with Minnie this week, with the brand new starlight show and couldn’t quite finish it off in time 😔

However he did say, do not worry, all the information and itineraries will be out next week 😃 he’s sorry for any disappointment and hopes you all still have a magical day

Same here. We gave up on waiting for the Fall 2026 inventory from DCL.

Last night we booked our Fall 2026 cruise on another cruise line (one we've never tried before).

Just curious for people who are looking at other lines because DCL does not have their info out, is it work\time off related that you need to know the schedule? Or that you don't have the price info from DCL to feel good about committing?

I need to know so I know whether I can use our time elsewhere or should hold it for DCL.

Example - we have the PC cruise in April booked, but I'm not crazy about the port times or ship. It would be NICE to know if there will be an EBPC to switch to, in which case we could do something else in spring. Of course now the flights have been released a few months, and generally speaking when booking with points doing so when schedules are released is best. Their dawdling may have cost us in that regard. It is not a big deal, but it sure is annoying.

For me, starting to look because I am a planner… 2026 is a big year for us and we want to celebrate, and with limited time off and limited travel dollars, what we do in November will dictate what we do for early 2026…

Is it refundable and is there any chance that you might pivot once DCL dates drop?

We always buy travel insurance, so that portion is not refundable (if we cancel). But we likely won't cancel.

DCL's delays in releasing their new cruise schedules has annoyed us the last few years...so we have been looking at other cruise lines and watching a ton of YouTube videos.

To be clear, we love DCL and we will cruise with them again. But if DCL would have released their Fall 2026 inventory earlier this month (or even last week), we would have booked with DCL.

But we found a non-DCL cruise that resonated with us, was a newer ship, and a cheaper price than DCL (than what we've paid in the past). So last night we booked a non-DCL cruise for Fall 2026.

I'm sure that whenever DCL gets around to releasing their Fall 2026 inventory, the cruises will be lovely. But at least for next Fall, we are out on DCL (and pretty excited about our new venture!).

I have a feeling when DCL releases the itineraries they will be the same itineraries they have produced the last 15 years. You tube videos are very helpful aren't they? When I was planning our Japan trip I was amazed that I could find a you tube video on everything I needed to know.
What ship are you sailing on?

I think some are thinking that with so many ships... they'll have to sneak some additional new itineraries in there. Some are especially hoping that some of these special itineraries will see a newer ship than Wonder and Magic. And you can't blame them for wanting something new...

But I can see if you want to do Alaska or Europe.... booking now is better than waiting.

Like all of us, I am impatiently waiting for the Fall 2026 itineraries. We are planning to go on the WBTA in the Fall of 2026, and we are already booked and definitely going on a 7 Night Western Med with DCL at the of July 2026. The airfare for July is still not out, and it shoujld be another month or so when July 2026 airfares are bookable. The airfare for the Fall of 2026 probably won't be available until October 2026. However, I was still hoping for a release of Fall 2026 this week.
