Best Breakfast QS in Epcot Hotel area

Looking for best breakfast QS locations in the Epcot area hotels. Staying at the Swan, but open to walking to the area hotels in route before heading into the parks. Adults in our group would love a breakfast sandwich or sandwich. Kids would be happy with a doughnut, bagel or mickey waffles.

Checkout the breakfast menu at CBS Bakery. Some nice menu items for pick and go. Some are hot, others not.

We love Java @ the Swan. We walk over from Beach Club since Java opens @ 6.
If you can wait until the Skyliner opens, we like Primo Piatto for the pancakes.

At BoardWalk, they have a deli called, quite simply, Boardwalk Deli. They have breakfast sandwiches and tons of pastries such as Mickey shaped cinnamon rolls as well as crumb cake, a Jersey favorite.

At Beach Club they have a Marketplace area which offers breakfast sandwiches and Mickey waffles. You can also find similar items at the to go and market section of Ale & Compass at Yacht Club.
