Our plane leaves Wed at 8pm-ish.
We are going to AKL @ WDW.
I thought it would be better to get in late and get up early.
That way the kids get a whole day at WDW on Thurs. instead of flying.

Thursday at 5PM.

Welcome!!!! My dd is 5- so your dd will definitely have some others around her age. Brooke likes princesses but she is definitely not a girly girl. She loves Pooh and is excited about seeing Mickey and Pluto and all of those guys (as she says).
We went on a different cruise line last spring break and she didn't really like the kids clubs, so we will see how this goes.
She is a very social person after she meets you, but is initially shy and I think that is why she didn't do well with the kids clubs on the other line. She definitely needs that initial invite into whatever they are doing and then she is fine.
You should come to our meet and greet on Friday and we can introduce the girls

Oh, and we are leaving around 2pm on Thursday - Jeff is worried about his new golf clubs coming in.... he wants to make sure he's able to pick them up from the clubhouse before we leave....

I know I saw posted somewhere on the many pages the 3 dining rotations possible.

I'm trying to figure out if I should book Palo on Apr 2-4th night??? There is one spot open! In the past it has been booked solid!

I called CS and they said they can't give me the rotation until we check in on friday!

Unfortunately that's right; you won't know your dining rotation until you get your Key to the World card at check in. But you can always book Palo now and if you decide to change it once you see your rotation you can try to do that on board. The 4th night isn't formal, semi formal, or pirate night, so you wouldn't be missing any of those regardless of your rotation. I've never eaten dinner at Palo (love the brunch though!) but I hear it's wonderful, so good luck!

I am packed but not my son. He still plans on going shopping for new cruise clothes! He has lost a lot of weight since the first of the year -- weight he needed to lose! Now he needs new clothes to show off his muscles!!!!

For those of you that haven't seen Kara's and my posts on FB, there's some confusion about when we actually get to GC. According to DCL (I called again this morning to confirm), we get in around 7 am. According to the GC Port Authority, we get in around 9:45 am. Probably not a big deal except for those of us planning private excursions, but something to be aware of.

UMTerp, I contacted Sharon at Native Way and she's not sure of the times either since she has conflicting information. She said she'll give us 2 tour times based on the 2 arrival times; waiting to hear back from her.
