Can someone explain the virtual queue to me. Is it needed to pick up my bib or check out the Brooks shoes. How and when do I enter the virtual queue?

If you are going on Thursday it’s required to get official event merchandise as well as Brooks…usually there is a drop in mde at 830a and 1p ish

the Bibs & character meets + shirts & venders building is just a normal walk up line (unless you are going to the crowned vender booth where you will need to join their queue to shop their merchandise)

Came on here to say I was wrong to judge Brooks so quickly and harshly. I’m actually starting to love my Stitch shoes. They suck on the treadmill (my first time wearing them), however, I’ve been wearing them to the hospital and out and about the past few days and LOVE them. Im still an ASICS girl thru and thru, but I’m really enjoying the Brooks

Had fully planned to go all out and craft a hei hei costume using feathers for the 10k but was too focused on my peak training weeks for my marathon yesterday and have done nothing. So now to figure out what I can piece together

DH and I send reels to eachother while one of us puts DD to bed every night. One of last night's reels was about "what does the countdown for your next disney trip say?" So I checked. And as of this morning it's 10 days.

TEN DAYS.

Michaels better have adequate fabric for my target costume because today and tomorrow are the only open days I have until next weekend to do any sewing. Otherwise I'll have to figure out a midweek trip to hobby lobby for stuff.

My 12 year old daughter and I just finished our last long run for the 10K. Our first runDisney. It has been SO much fun training, costume planning, watching runDisney videos with her. I’m also doing the half but I’m most excited to cross this 10K finish line with my girl !

Hard to believe it is almost here . The debacle of June registration seems so long ago!

I bought the Brooks "castle" shoes at the Expo, and proceeded to wear them at MW for everything except the races. And for most days since then for general walking around. They are very comfortable.

I am a Brooks runner, but I can't run in the Ghost Max 3s. They are too stiff and clunky, imho. I didn't mind the Ghost Max 2s, but mine are all retired except the OG Mickey's which I reserve for the parks. The Ghost Max are great for park, expo or travel days, but I stick to my Hyperion Max 3s for runs.

Belle shoes are confirmed as fake. Real shoes for Princess Weekend will be Rapnuzel and Moana (with the Moana themed ones being more masculine, whatever that means).

I wonder if the "Moana" shoes might actually be the weekend shoes with the gray/teal/orange colorway? I would be very surprised is there wasn't a shoe for the full weekend theme that included the character/distance lace tags.

I've been sick the past few weeks, first with a cold and now a cough (plus allergies because the pollen is horrible), so I keep telling myself this as well!

I asked my wife last night what I am supposed to be wearing. She responds with "it's in my Amazon cart, I still need to order the stuff". Yea, I may just pack some extra running clothes just in case. LOL

I’m ready! Final long run done last weekend, costume ready with options for hot, warm, cold, and rainy weather. Just need to figure out what I’m wearing outside of the race and pack.

I’m in the taper crazies with possible phantom muscle pain. I’m going thru Icy Hot like it’s my job to make myself feel better. I did a run yesterday and my muscles didn’t bother me during the run, just outside the runs. Hence, phantom pains.
