Thanks for the drills Bob. Some are similar to the ones I found online but a few of the ones you mentioned I really like. I will definately use them in practices. My 1st one is scheduled for today at 6:00. This is the typical 1st meeting where I give the parents a letter of my expectations from both them and their children as well as my coaching philosophy. Get to know the kids a little more then play a game to end the session.

Possibly good news from the rec director today. Seems a dad wants to sign up his little girl (who played last year) and the dad said that he would volunteer to take 1/2 the kids and coach them. The only problem is that he has no coaching experience and does not have his background check done so we will all probably be practicing together then doing the games separate.

mac, I'd pick them up if I could, don't pass a single restaurant on my jaunt home....it's all country......well there is a Mc'D's and a Roy Rogers in my town.......all the other stuff is in the other direction

yum...roy rogers, last location left our area about 15 years ago...didn't know they were still in business.

used to luv the choice of fried chicken, roast beef or hamburgers...everyone ate happily.

When my kids were little we ate at Roy's alot...haven't been in one in some time as I try to avoid fast food....they used to have THE biggest pieces of chicken and a huge biscuit...very skimpy now. For fast food, I like Arby's once in a while..........

I'll have to mail you a Roy's care package!!

I use to love going ot Roy Rogers when I was little with my grandmother. Now that she is gone..it doesn't have the same appeal to me.

I like fast food once in a blue moon, but I really try to stay away from that stuff. I do Subway and Arbys once in a while..but that is about it.

I really could for the same amount that I would spend at Mcky Ds run over to the grocery store and grab a yougart and some fruit or grab a medium sized bag of M&M's mega peanut and eat those for the day.


I try to stay away from fast food altogether.

Morning everyone!! I'm suppose to go swimming with Scott and the girls today. I'm not looking forward to being in a swimsuit in front of anyone. But..Im going to try to brave it for Julie and Sammie. They love being in the water.

last week for me to sleep in for awhile...skools' right around the corner.

supposed to take youngest DS to make the bride/groom build-a-bears today. Trying to work up a head of steam...haven't found it yet. Closest store is about 50 miles RT, could order on-line but, it seems impersonal.

mic & ocm - unfortunately, I've run clean out of discipline. In June vowed to lose 20 pds before Oct. trip. Consider it a success I haven't gained any. Maybe I could still shed 5 or 10 if I get motivated. Looked for ephedra @ drug store...all gone. Wonder if that trim spa stuff works or anna nicole has a gastric bypass to lose that ton of weight so fast?

ooooh, oooh - forgot to post officer Jeremy has an interview @ local p.d. for parttime this Friday...cross your fingers. Think I'll surprise him w/new Madden game.

Morning...I couldn't get on the board this a.m. before I left the house and I gave up trying...only have a few minutes to bop in before leaving for work...SOOOOOO...that is my story and I'm sticking with it.

I could eat a big ole glazed donut this morning....man, that sounds good to me

Momma, put the swimsuit on, go and have fun....it is not a thing to get worried or fret about...just relax and enjoy

Weight is an issue with me also, I have had to rethink how I eat...no fun, but I can't go back to where I was........I bought new clothes and gave away the old, so no going back.....
