My DD22 and I will be at WDW May 16th - May 21st, and on the last park day of our trip we are doing the 4 Park Challenge. I bought T-Shirts for us to wear saying we're doing the 4 Park Challenge, so we are ready to go. Our current plan is to do one ride and one snack per park, and if time allows for more, than we'll do more. The order of the parks is as follows.......

AK 9:00-11:00
Epcot 12:00-2:00
HS 3:00-5:00
Returning to our room to pack
MK 7:00-midnight (EEH)

I have a car, so we are driving everywhere, except to Epcot - we will park at HS and take the Skyliner to Epcot. We will have LLMP, so I'm not concerned about what ride to do. What I am concerned about is what the best snack will be in each park. We've had all the go to ones - Dole Whips, Spring Rolls, Corn Dog Nuggets and etc. I'm looking for something that is out of the ordinary that doesn't get a lot of attention. I do watch all the influencers, but I don't feel like rewatching all the videos and taking notes. So therefore, I am asking all of you. Please give me some out of the ordinary snacks, in each of the parks, that doesn't get a lot of attention, but should get a lot of attention - we always want to try new things.

Thanks for all your fun snack tips to help make this day really memorable :smickey:

If you are planning on doing only snacks as your meals:

AK - pineapple lumpia at Pongu Pongu (a lot of the snack locations don't open until 11am but this one currently opens at 10am)
Epcot - any sandwich option at Les Halles or crepe from La Creperie could work as a lunch/snack option
HS - Enchanted Rose dessert at Fairfax Faire (tea time chocolate boost to keep you going)
MK - ham & gruyere sandwich and creme brulee croissant at Gaston's Tavern (website currently says location closes at 8pm)

If the snacks are just for snacking:

AK - If you're leaving the park at 11am, lumpia's still probably the best option
Epcot - elote corn at Choza de Margarita and rice cream at Kringla
HS - I'd still do the Enchanted Rose dessert or maybe Jack Jack's Num cookie (HS has abysmal QS/snack options IMHO)
MK -Tropical Serenade float at Aloha Isle

Out of the ordinary snacks? Well, I'm not sure how "out of the ordinary" these are but-
AK-Pistachio Croissant at Tamu Tamu Refreshments (It may be over at Kusafari Bakery and Coffee Shop also)
Epcot-Quiche Lorraine and any dessert
Magic Kingdom-Pineapple Upside Down Cake at Aloha Isle
Hollywood Studios-not many good snacks. Gotta agree that the Jack-Jack Num Num Cookie is one of the best things there
At both Animal Kingdom (Zuri's Sweet Shop) and Epcot (Karamell Kuche), I love the caramel butter bar.

Thank you @Simba's Mom!
I’ve always wanted to try the pineapple upside down cake - I need to remember to do that this.
I’m going to be writing everyone’s suggestions down and taking them with me :thumbsup2

My favorites from our trip in March:
Carrot Cake Whoopie Pie at Hollywood Studios from The Trolley Car Café. (big enough to share)
School Bread at Kringla Bakery at EPCOT’s (Norway) (big enough to share, but so damn good, we ate one each)
Conch Fritters with key lime aïoli at the Florida Fresh Flower and Garden shop at EPCOT. (one of the best bites all trip)
Blackened Fish Slider at the Florida Fresh Flower and Garden shop at EPCOT. (one of the best bites all trip)
I Lava You Dole Whip Float at Sunshine Tree Terrace in Magic Kingdom. (bonus if you sing the song while they make it)
Pineapple Upside Down Cake at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom. (my wife got this and I had a few bites.)
Tropical Serenade Dole Whip Float at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom. (perfect move is to share this with your friend who got the upside down cake)
Ronto Wraps at Ronto Roasters in Galaxy's Edge in Hollywood Studios. (Breakfast version was our favorite, but we loved both.)
I forget the actual name, but it's variety fruit and oatmeal? yogurt? dish at Satu’li Canteen in Pandora, Animal Kingdom. It had fresh strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, granola, some sort of berry compote. It was very fresh and enjoyable as a breakfast snack.

If you like pineapple upside down cake, Tamu Tamu refreshments has a great Pineapple Crisp Sundae. I didn't mention it since you said you were going there in the morning, and I don't think that's available until after 11:00. But I know the one at Aloha Isle is available in the morning-and it makes a great breakfast!

It seems all my favorite snacks are in Epcot. The caramel butter bar in Karamell-Küche in Epcot's Germany pavilion is so worth the calories! Another favorite is the pressed brioche ice cream sandwich at L' Artisan des Glaces.

At HS, I do like the carrot cake cookie at the Trolley Car and the Wookie Cookie at Backlot Express.

AK I usually go for the corn on the cob at Harambe Fruit Market.I also like the baked Mac' n' cheese at the Smiling Crocodile.

And at MK I really like the make-your-own popcorn at the Kernel Kitchen in the Confectionary. My mom and I made one and ate that thing for as a little midnight snack when we'd get back to the room at night. Yummy!

I definitely want to try the pressed ice cream sandwich. I wanted it last year and forgot about it. I need to make a list of what to get in each country.
Thank you for your suggestions 🙂

Did you know that the caramel butter bar is also available at AK at Zuri's sweet shop in Africa? Or maybe I was the last to find out.

YES!!! I found this out by "accident' when I was in Zuri's and had to grab one! This probably my favorite snack in all of WDW. And I'll add, the line for the butter bar in Zuri's seems to be much shorter (at least when I was in there) than over at Karamell-Küche!! Glad you brought it up 😍

What a fun thread. I am definitely taking notes on everyone's favorite snacks. Looking forward to trying some of these out during my trip in August.

I will be trying some of them too.
I get in a rut by getting the same things all the time, so these suggestions given will definitely help get me out of that snack rut :thumbsup2
Have fun in August :smickey:
