Thanks for the drills Bob. Some are similar to the ones I found online but a few of the ones you mentioned I really like. I will definately use them in practices. My 1st one is scheduled for today at 6:00. This is the typical 1st meeting where I give the parents a letter of my expectations from both them and their children as well as my coaching philosophy. Get to know the kids a little more then play a game to end the session.
Possibly good news from the rec director today. Seems a dad wants to sign up his little girl (who played last year) and the dad said that he would volunteer to take 1/2 the kids and coach them. The only problem is that he has no coaching experience and does not have his background check done so we will all probably be practicing together then doing the games separate.
