Good morning. Rained again overnight, might have showers this morning, then clearing up. 51 now going to 81, tomorrow is supposed to be at least 85, then Easter will be 60 with chance of rain.
I just mowed on Monday and the grass is so tall, it needs to be done again, but I have to wait for it to dry out first.
It's getting harder for me to keep up with all the yard work on top of the stuff inside that has to be done.
Summer called me last night to tell me that she's added yet another inspection job to the 2 she already does. This guy wanted her to take over someone else's route because the man was getting too old to do it. He gave her 69 cases that have to be done. She'll make good money on them, but they don't take out taxes (she is considered a sub contractor), so she's going to have to make sure to have extra state taxes taken out of her husbands pay to make it even out at the end of the year. The man told her she can do these 2 days a month, make the drive, do a bunch at one time, and she should be able to do it on the weekends. The other job can't be done on the weekends, but she also can't always be on the road and not at home.
She wants to do it long enough to get all caught up with their bills (such as elec about to be disconnected yet again, and a huge phone bill due today. She also 'forgot' that rent was due yesterday and her husband doesn't get paid until next week, and then it will only be for 4 days of working.

Not a good way to live.
My delivery issues are getting out of hand. I had a Fed Ex delivery due yesterday, by 2:10. At 6 I see a Fed Ex van pull up across the street and a lady gets out. She can barely lift the heavy Chewy box. Gets to the bottom of the steps coming up the bank, and the dog next door was barking, as he always does when he sees a delivery truck. She yells to me, is this #....? I said yes. She said is this your package. I said do you see the number on my house, in 3 places? If you do, then yes that's my pkg. She's keeping her eye on the dog, who is on the other end of the neighbors porch, chained up. "If that dog breaks free, I'm dropping your pkg and running." I told her he wasn't going to break free, and if she dropped my pkg and ran, I would be filing a complaint. The dog was no where near her, he's chained with a heavy chain. She comes up the walk, up the steps, and dumps the box on it's side on the porch, after I told her to lay it down the right way. When I opened the box, the 30 lb bag of dry cat food was broken open and the tray of cat food cans had 4 dented one. Chewy is replacing the bag and the cans. What is wrong with all of these delivery people lately?
Not doing much of anything today unless it dries out quickly.
Have a Good Friday
