Keep hanging in there! I know it's got to be so frustrating because you're doing all the right things and the scale is being a big pain in the butt! I'm so proud of you for not giving up after having a few bad days. I know all too well about the emotional eating (had one of those days myself yesterday), and it's so hard to bounce back once you've given in to temptation. Good for you for being strong and coming back to your program! You've come so far, and you're going to reach your goal. Try to think positively...look at how much better you feel about yourself because you're in control of your body and what goes into it. I know you can do it!
Here's hoping that your part of the country realizes it's the middle of March for goodness sake. Tell that snow to go away!

Not too mention, TOM seems to have hit me hard this time. Believe it or not, I'm thinking I might be in the beginning phases of menopause.
We'll have to see what happens the next couple of months with all that woman C**P

They probably wrapped up about midnight! Long day! The good thing was it was at a school - so nothing to tempt me. We ran out for lunch and I had 3/4 of a chicken salad club sandwich, then nothing till dinner. No cheating or snacking yesterday, so I'm a rolling my bear again!!!
It seems like I'm back on track with my eating finally. Now I just need to get to that exercise!
I'm REALLY going to try to do it today. Yes, I CAN do it! I know I can!
