JonBenet Ramsey - a question for those who follow this story

Now, why in the world if this theory is correct would they "stage" a murder? Seriously. What you have described is an ACCIDENT. While tragic and terrible, it would have been an ACCIDENT. But, rather than get this daughter medical attention in an effort to save her life, instead they strangle her, molest her, and write a ransom note. Coming to that conclusion is frankly bizarre and would have us believe that these people had no love for their children. There is simply no evidence of this.

My son once took a terrible fall and landed on his head. It scared the ever loving crap out of me. I immediately scooped him up and drove him to the ER (which was very close....it would have taken longer to wait for an ambulance, frankly). I didn't give ONE moments thought to "gee, what if he dies and they charge me with manslaughter, so I better finish him off, and make it look like an intruder murder." Good grief. Why in the world is this "scenario" even remotely plausible in people's heads?
Patsy was said to have a bad temper do you think that if police were called Patsy would have been suspected of child abuse she wasn't thinking rationally she was out of control! It's a sad world we live in and children die everyday !! What you say is true normal loving parents would have not hesitated they would have called for help but just maybe they were thinking only of what would happen to them if they were charged

By whom?

What about the hair ties all over the bathroom floor it has been said that Patsy used the hair ties to section off Jon benet's hair when she dyed it!! They were supposed be going on a trip early the next morning!! Another theory being talked about is Jon Benet fell asleep on the car ride home from the Christmas Party !! Patsy woke Jon Benet up to dye her hair for the trip the next morning !! Jon Benet was tired and cranky she didn't want to dye her hair she wanted to go to bed !! Jon Benet either pulled away or Patsy shoved her and Jon Benet fell and cracked her skull on the bathtub and then when Patsy told John they saw that Jon Benet was near death and they together staged the crime scene
Do you have any links to support any of these "facts"?

"They said"? Who is they? You think? What are your qualifications for having this opinion? "Could be"? Speculation. How do you possibly know what John Ramsey was thinking? "Everyone said"? Who is everyone and how do they have reason to know the norm for Patsy at such an early hour in her own home?

Just a few problems with your theory.
Let's go over the intruder theory! Why did Patsy still have the same clothes and make up on?? Why was the ransom note riddled with American movie quotes the same movies that were found in their bedroom?? Why was the garrote made from Patsy's own paint brush?? Why was Burkes voice heard on the 911 tape?? Why was the ransom note written on a pad from the house?? Why was the ransom note left on the staircase that Patsy happens to come down every morning?? There is another staircase how did the intruder know which staircase to put it on?? Jon Benet favorite blanket was placed over her with her favorite Barbie night gown next to her !! How did an intruder know these things??? Kidnappers do not leave ransom notes that long all these things point to staging a cover up!!

On dr phil he stated that experts have said they believe the crime was more about John than JBR. So it made me think the intruder tried to make it look like the parents did it. He got to John two ways. Killed his daughter and then ruined him even further.

Way OT but Pixie Dust how do did you get those "stars" after your name?? Just wondering because it's pretty cool and I went back pages and pages and no one has anything like that. :)

Why did you create a new account just to have a discussion with people on this thread?
Patsy ran that child to the pediatrician every time she had a minor sniffle. If anything, her pattern indicates a person who would have called 911, and tried to get the best specialists in the country to help her child.
i would agree in normal circumstances but if Patsy or Burke were the ones to injure her and Patsy and John were sure of there being no way to save her their self preservation took over and they covered up what really happened just my opinion

Clothes: She was so tired that after putting Burke and JB to bed she just fell asleep. Let's not forget this is a woman who had been through chemo. Even months and years after chemo you can have "chemo brain" and be tired and miss information or forget daily routine steps when not focusing on them.

Paint brush: It was found in a paint tray in the boiler room. Quite possible that paint brush was stored there or cleaned and left and was just used as a weapon of opportunity.

Burke on 911 - you can't hear him. In the claims that you can they are always "enhanced". Real life isn't like CSI or ghost hunting stories. You can'5 enhance an audio file to more clearly hear something in the background.

Ransom note: killer found a pad in the house and wrote it to throw them off the trail and make it seem like a kidnapping instead of a murder. Gives them time to get rid of evidence.

Quotes: IDK what movies they came from but shocking I know to think anyone besides the Ramsey's had seen a few movies released in America.

The staircase: they got lucky or it was clear which one was more often used.

The blanket and gown: the gown was in the dryer with the blanket and was just stuck to it when the killer was looking for something to wrap her in and found the blanket in the dryer.

The ransom note was from a foreign faction I don't think they watched American movies or if they did they most likely wouldn't remember the quotes and everyone of the movies those quotes came from were in their video collection!! I don't see a kidnapper going into the dryer to get a blanket when there were blankets everywhere in the house!! The housekeeper said that specific white blanket was Jon Benet's and how did the kidnapper know the blanket was in the dryer!!

But that is why wearing the same clothes patsy threw her self on her dead child's body under the Christmas tree so if there was any transfer patsy could say it happened when she threw herself on her child's body

So Patsy knew in advance that the Boulder police were going to **** up the investigation? She knew that they were going to allow John to search on his own and she knew that when John carried JB's body upstairs that the police wouldn't hold her back and take JB to preserve any possible evidence? She planned out wearing those same clothes so she could throw herself on her child's body and it all worked out exactly as planned.

According to your theories, John and Patsy are two of the luckiest people on the planet. John managed to go out sight unseen and secure exactly one DNA sample from a public bathroom or garbage can. Patsy crossed her fingers that it would turn into one of the worst crime scene investigations of all time.

Or a kidnapper or murderer felt comfortable enough to go into their house and watch their video collection to get some movie quotes sat in one of their chairs and write a multiple page ransom note with John's exact bonus amount while marching through the house he opened dryers to find Jon Benet's favorite blanket and Barbie night gown scattered her hair ties all over the floor didn't feel it necessary to bring a weapon with him thought to hisself oh I know I'll find a paint brush there so I can make a garrote and you know what while Patsy is upstairs sleeping in her same clothes and makeup from yesterday the kidnapping murderer thought Jon Benet might be hungry so I'll go to the fridge and get her some pineapple then I'll take her down stairs and rape and murder her all while the whole house is asleep

Okay, finished the second CBS episode. Their hypothesis is that the foreign material found within the genital tract occurred by transfer. IE, it was somewhere else on her body and when she was picked up and moved - it also moved. The same DNA on two different items of clothing was also explained by transfer. IE, the DNA was on the pajamas or underwear and then the underwear and pajamas touched somehow and there was a transfer. Both of those seem rather thin on probability to me, but I guess there is a possibility of it.

Further evidence of molestation (bruising in the vaginal area and evidence that her genital area had been wiped down) was ignored.

The intruder theory was debunked on the basis of the one window and spiderweb only. They never explored any possibility of an entrance or exit being made from another point in the house that I can recall. They also never brought up the investigation as to how many keys were "out in the wild." I know that somewhere in the police investigation is evidence of that. I remember reading it.

I just rewatched the two Burke interviews to see if my initial impression had changed. The first with the Social Services lady he reminded nearly exactly of my nephew who has had some therapy for neurological issues and hyperactivity. Right down to the tone of voice reminded of my nephew. And believe me, my nephew couldn't reliably keep a secret if you promised him the moon the stars and a new Nintendo every year for the rest of his life. The second interview I did pick up more on him squirming over the pineapple, but I really didn't think it was any sort of smoking gun.

All in all I thought their conclusion boiled down to "Probably Burke. No real proof but we can take some of these facts and shove them in there tight enough that they kind of fit."

I can't say Burke didn't commit the crime, but they didn't fully convince me with what they showed.

Wow you are really putting a lot of stock in the CBS special. Did you ever watch the documentary about mermaids on animal planet....you should. Unbelievable stuff they've uncovered.

Patsy said in the police interview that her clothes from the night before were laid over the tub and she put them back on in the morning. That really isnt an unusual thing to do.

Why was the ransom note riddled with American movie quotes the same movies that were found in their bedroom??
Could you please tell us the specific movies and the quotes. Just curious if they are obscure movies or popular ones. Also wasnt there something about Santa Bill's wife (i think that was his name) being a movie buff? Shes the one who wrote the book about a girl murdered in her basement.

Why was the garrote made from Patsy's own paint brush??
Jonbenet was murdered in her own home. Anything the killer picked up and used would have belonged to someone who lived in the house. They never found the broken piece of that brush. They also never found any duct tape or anything that matched the rope used to tie Jonbenets wrists.

Why was Burkes voice heard on the 911 tape??
That hasnt been proven.

Why was the ransom note written on a pad from the house?? Because the killer didnt bring his own legal pad.
Why was the ransom note left on the staircase that Patsy happens to come down every morning?? Killer knew someone would come down stairs to get to the kitchen in the morning? Or the killer knew the family and their routine.
There is another staircase how did the intruder know which staircase to put it on?? Jon Benet favorite blanket was placed over her with her favorite Barbie night gown next to her !! How did an intruder know these things???
I think the nightgown being "placed" next to her has been fabricated. Not sure where i read that.
Kidnappers do not leave ransom notes that long all these things point to staging a cover up!!
Are you a killer, how do you know exactly what they do? Oops, meant kidnapper.

My answers in bold.

Maybe she put on her nightgown after she went to bed and the killer took it off of her. When my daughters were little it would have been odd for them to put as favorite nightgown over long johns.
