I hate when people get taken for a ride.

I think that can happen with a lot of hobbies, particularly among collectors of various objects. When you have been collecting for a while you really start to pick up on the price gouges and counterfeits quickly, and then hope the newer collectors figure it out and don’t get ripped off. It’s a lesson everyone has to learn in their own time.
