Hmmmm ... I'm wondering if they're setting all this up for appeal. She has memory problems, she's weak on the stand, she has migranes. She isn't being fed properly, which can affect her ability to defend herself.

Not an hour earlier, 15 minutes earlier. 12:15pm EST instead of 12:30 pm EST.

Totally agree that this is a stall tactic giving Jodi and the defense some time to strategize. I've had migraines for 15 years...not buying that she is suffering from one now. No way, now how would she be sitting, walking, looking like she was is she really had a migraine.

I have suffered for 40 years. She would NOT be sitting...

I don't have migraines, but I've had far lesser headaches, and it would show on my face. She looked fine to me.

Hi everyone. I got home a little while ago and have been trying to get caught up and read here as well as watch tv.

I have a question, why does it seem I am missing an HOUR somewhere?

When I finish watching IS, and go over to HLN it seems like I have lost an hour.

When IS finishes they are off to lunch.

When it goes over to HLN they are always breaking for their afternoon break.

Little meek victim Jodi sure does have a lot of control over people, doesn't she. And why start 15 minutes early tomorrow? Does that 15 minutes really make that much of a difference? Sure hope Jodes has enough time for breakfast.

More likely a problem with what time the jail serves dinner and Jodi missing meals is definitely a good argument on/for appeal.

They can hold her gourmet meal till she returns to her cell.
All she deserves is stale bread and water.

Contrary to popular belief, she isn't getting any special treatment so they're not gonna hold her meals for her convenience.
