Nurmi is talking about her health and ability for trial. He's saying Jodi hasn't had access to lunches - supposedly the sheriff's office isn't providing them to her. He wants the court to order them to do so.

Second, she's having migranes. He wants them done by 4:30 pm a "drop-dead" time (poor choice of words on his parts).

Judge says the sheriff's office has agreed to provide lunches.

So she's not had lunches ALL this time??? I highly doubt that, but whatever.

At least they are breaking so she can't claim she was "mistreated".

I have never heard a court catering to the prisoner. This is unreal. How do you have the strength to fight with someone if you have a migrane? And she should have told her attorneys along time ago.

this alleged problem was not brought to her atty attention till today...Hmmmm
And WHY would the def atty Not have taken care of this in the am, Before that jury sat...
could it be they need to stop stuff as best as they can to break up prosecutors strong case...
Get the case as disjointed as possible...
I find it suspect at best............

Totally agree that this is a stall tactic giving Jodi and the defense some time to strategize. I've had migraines for 15 years...not buying that she is suffering from one now. No way, now how would she be sitting, walking, looking like she was is she really had a migraine.
