One would have to believe Maricopa County jail is in cahoots with her to get that appeal.
Little meek victim Jodi sure does have a lot of control over people, doesn't she. And why start 15 minutes early tomorrow? Does that 15 minutes really make that much of a difference? Sure hope Jodes has enough time for breakfast.![]()
I think JA wins a few of these battles. Please look at Nurmi "facial" expression day 22 part 2 , 1 hr oo minutes and 46 seconds.

I think people way over use the word 'migraine'. I have a son that suffers with them and sees a specialist for them. I do NOT feel JA has a migraine.
Years ago everyone had a headache. Now everyone just drops the migraine word left and right.
They are NO fun.
Just looking at her and knowing the symptoms of migraines; she has a headache.
Doesn't she have a stash of Advil somewhere she can take??????![]()
I still wonder where the heck she is for the lunch break...is she NOT talking to her lawyers? Are they off eating somewhere? Do they sit there and eat their own lunches in front of her? lolI don't think that prisons are required to provide more than 2 meals a day. That may not be everywhere, but I think it is in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Now, if I were the court, I'd make sure she had lunch "just because", but I don't see how it could be a cause for appeal.
I don't think they're in cahoots with her. I'm just saying that if she's indeed convicted (which I whole-heartedly believe she will be), it will be appealed using any excuse or reason they can come up with. Including her being weak on the stand, having migranes because of it, which (they'll say) impeded her from testifying adequately in her own defense.

Ugh, he is. Glad everyone like Jodi, Nurmi, and Jodi's mother and aunt seem to be able to find the humor in all this.Wow, what an idiot.![]()
I bolded above why she'd get that appeal and Jodi isn't in prison, she's an inmate at the county jail, they get 3 meals a day. I think Nancy Gratesonmynerves did a show from there and showed what the meals are like.
Oh bother now MIGRAINE Ad's are popping up on here (DIS) .![]()
lol!
JA should be getting three meals a day, and we don't want there to be any reason for an appeal. This isn't the first inmate that has had to go to court, so I find it hard to believe that the county jail doesn't have a system. Did she just miss a meal this week? The trial has been going on forever, so what happened this week? She seemed spunky and chipper, and able to remember, when she was on cross. Hmmm. Anyway, someone arrange a bologna sandwich for her.

Migraine gets used like "the flu" does...overused and not factually. It's just SO much more dramatic to have a migraine than a headache, or a cold with aches vs the flu.I still wonder where the heck she is for the lunch break...is she NOT talking to her lawyers? Are they off eating somewhere? Do they sit there and eat their own lunches in front of her? lol
And that's what it is, a bologna sandwich, how hard is it to get a damn bologna sandwich to the court house in that hour and a half? Ten to one that judge is furious over this ********.

I 'think' JA is required to bring her own lunch from the jail. I do not think her attorney's can supply her with a lunch. I remember hearing something about this on another trial I was following a while ago.
