[ETA] Other nations too of course. I bring this up now as I met an American couple today in Brighton Station and they were a delight! And given the discussion forum, I'd wager that the majority of posters on this board are American. Could be wrong.

Thank you for your kind words. I try very hard when traveling to be as kind as possible, and respectful of other cultures when abroad. I certainly don’t want to behave like the ugly American abroad stereotype (although I can’t guarantee my fashion sense or lack thereof won’t make me stand out anyway). Even in WDW, which is local to me, I will be the one handing out hand wipes, tissues, or bandaids to total strangers if they need it.

It takes so little effort to be kind and make someone’s day better . . . :flower3:
