2025 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Information & Planning Thread

What are we thinking about seminars l, special dinners and PFTS? I think they’d have released them by now if they were planning on having any? I miss the days when F&W was more than just booths.
I'd LOVE to see the seminars return, ideally as they were prior to 2009. That's the year they started charging. I can remember the first year I went-the seminars were free and 2 of the seminars had chefs whom I'd seen on the Food Network. And the picture is from a FREE wine seminar I went to, yes even the wine was free.

I don't see any reason to think they're coming back. My "but the new building!" hope sailed off into the sunset in 2024 when it hosted food booths and merch.

...The Millenium Village, between Canada and United Kingdom, is still there but I don't think is used anymore. This is the space that was used for the Party for the Senses...
The building between UK and Canada that hosted PFTS, and select seminars I recall a beverage seminar in there towards the end, is still used to host events.

Forgot that the name of Millennium Village was changed to World Showplace :rolleyes1

My 25yr old DD & I can’t wait for the F & W festival👏👏 I know how to use the snacks there on the dp but can you use a CS at the booths?

WHEN WILL THEY POST THE FOOD BOOTH MENUS???
Yes, I'm getting a little frustrated here!!
Right?! Like, I need to plan. I have ONE day. I wasn't planning on going this year, but had Universal booked for HHN so added a day at PoP at the end of the trip just for Food and Wine. So I need a good plan to hit as much as possible without missing my favorites.

I hope this is the first of many. Imagine the tequila tasting will continue but would be great if they brought the lunch back too. And something in Italy, please.

Well, plus cheese and charcuterie, smoked salmon, and unlimited mimosas. In the carousel of pictures in the instagram post, I see croque monsieur sandwiches too. It's Disney so I expect $$$ ... but I think I can make this work.

Editing to add text from the instagram announcement:
Bonjour! You are invited to join us for a Parisian breakfast buffet as part of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival at Chefs de France located in the French Pavilion in EPCOT at the Walt Disney World Resort. Savor delicate smoked Salmon paired with soft Creme Fraiche, elegant fresh assortment of French pastries, croissants, pain au chocolat, and fruit Danishes. Enjoy a curated selection of fine French cheeses and artisanal cured meats, fresh fruits, a warm egg and cheese sandwich or a famous Croque Monsieur made with fresh pullmen bread. To complete the experience, sip freely on unlimited French champagne mimosas.
But, yes, still $$$

I think they'll do fine at that price point actually. Aside from the obvious Disney bump, they've got unlimited mimosas and are promoting this as a leisurely event so you're also paying for how long they expect you to linger. And that price point will definitely keep the kids down. This event is practically custom made for bachelorette parties & girls weekends. Suspect they will also get a decent turnout of locals due to it's uniqueness and encouraging of a leisurely breakfast with friends.

Am I signing up? Absolutely not. I hope it encourages other restaurants to try things though. While I'm a fruit and pastry sorta person, in the morning at a Disney park I have other priorities! And downing a couple mimosas before I've barely started my day in the FL sun sounds unwise.
