I'm thinking of using your idea for my daughters pins since when someone mentions trading them she looks at them like they have three heads she figures why would she have gotten the ones she likes to just "give them away"..... Trading really isn't my thing either.....lol I pick my pins carefully and only trade off the freebies (or you spent enough for a pin for a buck sort of thing).....that is, unless I like them!!

I'm so excited!!! Derek (our son on the College Program at WDW) is joining us for 3 full days!!!

Of course that meant adjusting our ADR's to include him. I called Disney Dining figuring this would be an easy thing to do. Wellllllllllllllllll, it wasn't that easy.....ok, it was pretty easy on most, but not Cinderella's Royal Table. I figured since they probably didn't have a "table for 3" that adding a 4th chair to a table wouldn't be a big deal......but there's a fire code limit & we couldn't add one more body to the restaurant for dinner. This is a party night, so we need to be out of the parks before 7pm and there was a later dinner spot but we couldn't do that one. So we changed the other 5 meals (over 3 days) and left the CRT alone, hoping to catch a break watching online.

We did some time adjustments for adding the extra person. I will list out those 3 days in a moment.

I decided to look and see if we could do CRT earlier in the day and move our Crystal Palace to a dinner time. Well we found a lunch time for the 8 of us at CRT & a dinner time at CP.......so I made those changes!! So here's the updated agenda for Dec. 9-10-11!!

Sunday~Dec. 9th
Grab a snack at POFQ for breakfast
12:05pm Cinderella's Royal Table (originally a 4:15pm dinner)
5:15pm Crystal Palace (originally a 8:10am breakfast)

Monday~Dec. 10th
Grab a snack at POFQ for breakfast
12:30pm Tusker House (no changes)
6:00pm Boatwrights (no changes)

Tuesday~Dec. 11th
7:45am Cape May (no changes)
3:10pm Sci Fi Diner (originally 4:30pm) Like this better, we'll be done in plenty of time to catch Fantasmic!!

We knew he'd have a few days off during our trip, just so glad he was able to request specific days (he was interested in joining us) and got them approved!!! Now if Nick & Marie could join us, I'd be one happy mama!!!

Derek loves the benefits of working there......fast food (and not actually getting to cook anything) is the frustration of the actual job. He feels there's so much more he could be offering and seems a bit sad he only gets to hand out food. But he'll hang in there & put on a smile........maybe he'll get moved or he'll just put in his time and then apply for a different park job when his college program time comes to an end. I think he likes being there & he likes working for WDW......just not so much the actual job he has right now.

That's too bad that he doesn't like the actual position he was given. Hopefully it will be something he can change a little later, or like you said, after his program is done. Glad he is liking WDW though! It would be so fun to work there! Does he get to enjoy the parks often?

The group he rooms/hangs out with tend to go to Epcot.......a lot!! lol He like's Epcot, but the only time he's been to the Magic Kingdom was during Traditions. He really wants to go spend a day there. The only problem with not having a car, is you rely on others or you have to have money for a cab.

He usually ends up spending one of his days off doing grocery shopping, errands, laundry and that leaves him one day for parks. I'm hoping he can figure something out so he can go more often.

Thank You!!! We're pretty excited!!! I'm glad I decided to look at switching the CRT to lunch (only time listed for the afternoon/early evening) and the CP to a dinner vs a breakfast. Now we're set (as long as the money gets here and we don't take in another kiddo). Scared to think what happens to our ADR's if we need to bump all of them up by one!!

Day 10, DL Day Six Continued.

We met back up with Mike's mom & Anthony at the motel. Anthony was feeling good, so we headed over to the parks. We decided to start our day off at Disney's California Adventure.

Kenai & Koda walked by while up in the Grizzly River Run area.

Our group split up & spent time in both parks. We all met up at Cafe Orleans for our last dinner at Disneyland.

Day 11, Travel Day:

Today was the day we left Anaheim. We packed up & had breakfast at Mimi's. One last stop before hitting the road.......Downtown Disney!!!

We made a stop in the Lego Store.

My ultimate destination~~ (since I figured I explained this the best on my original TR, I decided to just copy & paste this!!)

Absolutely love going in here.....my hubby maybe not so much so....this always gets expensive!! lol I sent everyone off to retrieve that "I have to have this" item or items & after about an hour....we all started gathering together. We had 2 of their huge bags filled with items. Stuff was falling out because they were so full. We sent everyone out & Mike and I went to check out. I sat & watched as the total crept up.....$100.....$200......$300......$400.....oh please stop!!!.......$500.....$600.....hyper-ventilating at this point......and finally the finish line.......$680!!!! Ok, everyone calm down & take a deep breath.....lets minus the $20 gift card....$660.....lets minus the $34 Disney Visa Rewards Card....$626......and please, please, please......let's get my 20% AP Discount........drumroll please............$494 !!!! Under $500.....doable!! That works out to $50 per person....I can live with that!

Day 12, Our Last Day for our Amazing Road Trip!!

So we stayed in Fairfield.....you're probably wondering why there (especially if you know anything about the state of California & where I-5 is....... It was for a DIS Meet-Up with 3 gals. Jessica, Kelly & her 2 girls & mom, and Michele with her 3 kids. So where did we pick to meet up...........

The Jelly Belly factory!!!!

We did the tour as one big group!! Unfortunately, you can't take pictures during the tour. After the tour, Addy & Anthony got to meet the Jelly Belly mascot.

Now let me tell you, the Jelly Belly Factory does more than just jelly belly's!! Look at this deliciousness!!!

After a few hours, it was time for us to hit the road for home. It was awesome getting to see my online friends in person......and we're all still great friends!!!

Back on the road & we found our old friend.....Mt Shasta!

We decided to make a stop in Medford (we had lived here prior to moving to Salem). We stopped to see our old neighbors & then stopped at the gymnastics center to see Addy's old coach! She was very surprised to see us walk in!!

After a very long day, we finally made it home!!
