Jamaica excursions - recent experiences

We are on the Treasure sailing on March, party of 5, one 75 yrs old with some mobility limitations, one 10 yrs old and the other 3 in between ..

What excursions have you done recently in Jamaica pls?

Is the bobsleds and adventure one possible to go all and my mom to stay around with facilities, shadow etc?

Or better to go the falls?
