Hey girls and guys
So I ate till I was full and then ate again last night.. I ate a donut and it was half gone when I realized it was in my mouth! BUT I TRACKED IT, I TRACKED EVERYTHING!!! I USED OMG R U READY 45.5 POINTS. This was the first time I had corn beef, it was OK. The cabbage was hard, but I ate it at the Hospital not a restaurant, so that should speak volumes.
As for the challenge Mine is to stay within my points range which is 30 and to get in at least two walks a week. ( yes I know thats low but its still cold I HATE THE COLD)

Amy/Nancy/LisaPR--so of the 4.25 I ran yesterday, I did my last mile at a 9:23 pace! I am getting there. I just need to be able to do that for 3.1 miles.I still can't get over that 9:23 is super slow by most people's standards and I just feel like I am flying at that pace.
