I did do a weight loss pilates DVD yesterday, it had alot of standing pilates with more movement. Didn't feel like anything while I was doing it but this morning I am feeling some leg muscles that I didn't know I had! which is a good thing.
There's this saying - don't know if you are at all familiar with it or not - but it goes somethin' like "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree".

Today has turned out to be a pretty craptastic day. I am soooo tired from yesterday that I have been mainling caffeine all day so that I can work. Truly - this is me right now. I still have one meeting and a teleconference to get through and if the gods are on my side a cardio workout. I'll make that call as I am driving home (gym clothes are in the car so I can just stop if I am feeling it). I won't be getting much exercise in this weekend thanks to my trip to Long Island for Odyssey so I want to get in what I can.
