In Search of My Body....Not the One I ATE! Vol. 5: Goddesses are Always on Top!

Top of the Evening to Ya!

Gosh, very quiet around today. I hope to have my challenge goals posted tomorrow. Off to think of something.

Oy. I'm in drama club Haedes ;)

I am here, I'm reading. Just no time to post. I'll be back to "normal" next week.

I did track today! :yay:
28 points.

Water: lots

Alcohol: none

Exercise: 70 minutes - some cardio, mostly strength.

Now bed. :cloud9:

Catch ya'll tomorrow.

Hey Team! Here is the new Challenge Chart.

There are still lots of blanks here, so please let me know what you want to do! For those I didn't hear from, I went by what you have been doing, etc. If you want to change that, just let me know.

Lyz--you didn't give me any information, but I am putting you in the challenge anyway. ;)

And Roddy, Ronda, and Steph--please join us in this challenge! It is not a requirement, of course, but please know that you are welcome. You can set whatever goals will work for you. Some of us are focused on pounds, others exercise, and so on. And Ronda, I already put your c25k goal on there! :rotfl2:

This challenge will run for 6 weeks. We officially started yesterday, but of course you can start whenever you are ready. The challenge ends on April 25th. Lots of us have events around that time, so that is how the date was decided. Again, you can end your part of the challenger earlier or later. I am going until May 7th (and so is Stacey--did you know that we are going to be at Disney at the same time???).

Thanks for the new "Bling" Erika!

For the challenge- sorry I didn't get this to you sooner. I need to change my exercise minutes total. We are going away a week before the challenge ends, so I'll need to modify. I'm going to go with 1800 minutes for the challenge.

I'm off to a slow start on those minutes. Better get myself to the gym!

Hey girls and guys

So I ate till I was full and then ate again last night.. I ate a donut and it was half gone when I realized it was in my mouth! BUT I TRACKED IT, I TRACKED EVERYTHING!!! I USED OMG R U READY 45.5 POINTS. This was the first time I had corn beef, it was OK. The cabbage was hard, but I ate it at the Hospital not a restaurant, so that should speak volumes.

As for the challenge Mine is to stay within my points range which is 30 and to get in at least two walks a week. ( yes I know thats low but its still cold I HATE THE COLD)

Could this be true? :confused3

Am I really waking up the thread?

Yep, you woke up the thread! :rotfl:

At least you tracked it! On Valentines Day I went over my points - you guys all know that I get a measly 20 points per day - well on Valentines Day I had 52 points! :scared1: Yep, and I tracked every one of them. You should have seen the WW leaders face :rotfl:
So my point was after that babble was well done for tracking the doughnut - its way too easy sometimes to 'forget' to track bad stuff. You rock!

Hi Everyone.

Erika - I love my new bling. Ive lost my old one whilst I was messing around with Edward! The picture, not the real Edward unfortunately :lmao:

Love the new bling!

I would love to know how much I walked Monday and yesterday while at work. It had to have been insanely high. The new dialer has been launched and most of the bugs have been worked out. Best of all, the reps are adjusting well!! We only launched it to 12 reps, so far.

On the family side, been talking quite a bit with my cousin. We found out that we have some close kiddo birthdays. So cool.

Is everybody feeling well after St. Patty's?!?

Kelly & Steph ~ It's all about ownership! Neither of you tried to hide an off day. That's what it's all about!

Yes, it is ALL about owning it! :thumbsup2

Love the bling. How do I get it in my siggie?

So. Hung. Over.

I drank like it was my job. Good times.

So Funny story!
Ok Lyz I think it was you that said that you were wearing green so you wouldn't get pinched. Well Samantha yesterday came down in her chosen outfit for the day. It was her Pink shirt from the ice show this year (they are doing Grease) and jeans , NOT A STITCH OF GREEN.
I asked her if she thought of re-thinking her outfit for some green.
ANd her response was WHY GREEN?
UMM HELLO IT'S ST. PATTY'S DAY. says me
NO she say I don't want to wear green.
THen I say ....OK then!

This Morning she said I never got pinched sooooo much yesterday. FOR NOT WEARING GREEN!
I laughed and said I told you to change!
She said I had to get my back pack and carry that with me and tell people to just deal with it! Her back pack is lime green.

So again it just proves the point that MOTHERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! GOD I WISHED I HAD LISTEN TO MY MOTHER ALL THOSE YEARS AGO!

So. Hung. Over.

I drank like it was my job. Good times.

Isn't it your job to be our social-lite we all live through your outings, well I do at least I do because H E L L I don't have a life so someone should!
Lets hear in detail about the night,! So I can dream of the day when I don't have kids at home and don't work evenings!

Wow, we have been S-L-O-W these past couple of days. I guess I am not allowed to complain since I haven't had much to say either.

Liz--once you are no longer hung over you will remember how to edit your signature. I mean, even Nancy did it! :rotfl2:

As for me--I ran yesterday, 4.25 miles. And it felt good. My distance is SHOT. Between the hamstring injury and focusing on the tri, I bet the farthest I could run right now is something like 6 miles. Sad. It took SO long to build up all of that distance and now it is just gone.

I had made the decision to start focusing more on speed and less on distance, but still, it is hard to see it go. Still not sure how I am going to change things up.

Amy/Nancy/LisaPR--so of the 4.25 I ran yesterday, I did my last mile at a 9:23 pace! I am getting there. I just need to be able to do that for 3.1 miles. ;) I still can't get over that 9:23 is super slow by most people's standards and I just feel like I am flying at that pace. :lmao:

I ate a donut and it was half gone when I realized it was in my mouth

ugh :headache: I hate when I do that. Great job on the tracking. It really is eye-opening some days.

On Valentines Day I went over my points - you guys all know that I get a measly 20 points per day - well on Valentines Day I had 52 points! :scared1: Yep, and I tracked every one of them. You should have seen the WW leaders face :rotfl:

52 points :lmao: You musta been an eating machine that day

Ive lost my old one whilst I was messing around with Edward! The picture, not the real Edward unfortunately :lmao:

:scared1: :lmao:

Is everybody feeling well after St. Patty's?!?

yep. I'm still riding on that wagon. I've been feeling so good I'm almost afraid to get off :scared:

Love the bling. How do I get it in my siggie?

:yay: Sorry, but I can't tell you how exciting it is to me that *I* was able to update my sig in a matter of seconds

So. Hung. Over.

I drank like it was my job. Good times.

ah. And a job well done I take it :rolleyes1

So. Did I mention that the H.S. play is this weekend? And that I've been making costumes for weeks now? Did I tell you that? :confused3

Did I tell you that I also agreed to host the cast party on Saturday night after the play    There are 41 "on-stage" actors, and about 15 other techies that cover set/lighting/sound/prop/costume. Yeah. At my house. I've lost my friggin' mind.

Liz--once you are no longer hung over you will remember how to edit your signature. I mean, even Nancy did it! :rotfl2:

I know. I felt SO SMART. :teacher:

I'm SO SMART that someone has ripped off my "Amish" excuse :headache: There was something I read the other day about the new phrase "Urban Amish" - it's used to refer to people like ME who have technology *issues*. I think I deserve royalties.

:lmao:

Nice job on the pacing, Erika! 9:23 is not "super slow" by my standards at all. Actually -that's about where I run myself.

Lyz--you didn't give me any information, but I am putting you in the challenge anyway. ;)

Bossy, I tell ya! Seriously, I thank you for having my best interest at heart. The challenges are good, lol. Exercise: Do Some.

For LYZ--who texts me with all of her workouts to keep her accountable! (I find this HI LAR IOUS, btw!)

I did workout! Not like I should've. I'll make you proud this next challenge, E!

- well on Valentines Day I had 52 points! :scared1:

:lmao: You have to tell me what you spent 52 points on!

I would love to know how much I walked Monday and yesterday while at work.

Pedomiter?

So. Hung. Over.

I drank like it was my job. Good times.

WHY GREEN?
UMM HELLO IT'S ST. PATTY'S DAY. says me
NO she say I don't want to wear green.
THen I say ....OK then!

I figured you were going to tell me she "wanted" to get pinched.

Mad is sick today. Came on all the sudden last night. Fever. Full of snot. She's with me at the office today.

EriKa - how is your dad doing with his foot in the air?
