Help with ROFR info....

Okay, our offer of BWV $71 per point with us paying all closing and 2004 MF's was accepted by the seller today. Do you think this would be something Disney would want? We're getting anxious and we only started the process today! There are 26 banked points and all points available (350) this use year December. What are your thoughts that we'll pass ROFR?

I'd say it depends on how many pending BWV sales DVD has in their new waitlist system.

If you really want this contract, why don't you call the re-seller of the points and let them know that since Disney has changed their price upward, you are concerned about them taking it by ROFR and you would be willing to make a counter offer if Disney chooses to take it. As least that way you are alerting them to the possibility that you would pay more just in case.

Dean that makes me feel better. We currently have a BWV contract April use year 30 04 points left, and all 05 points intact. We offered $71.50 per point and we're paying closing. I'm hopeful it will make it through ROFR, and have offered to counter if ROFR is exercised. Only time will tell. If you really want the contract, I'd up the offer to $73 per point, I wish I could up my offer at this time, but it's already been submitted to Disney.

I'd bet on it, let us know when you find out about ROFR.

Good luck hopefully yours gets through. We lost ours at 73.25 mind you the MF's were all paid and the seller was paying closing costs. I talked to my guide yesterday and was told that 3 BWV contracts were lost to ROFR that she was told about. She had 3 clients call her to ask to be put on the list. She was saying they are selling every BCV and BWV and VWL they can get their hands on now i am not sure if this is the salesmans pitch or not but I have no reason to not believe her at this point.

Well, we're hoping to make it thru. We're paying $71 per with us paying all closing, '04 MF's and 32 banked points. By the time all closing are figured in along with MF's It makes it $77.03 per point. What do you think our chances of passing are?
