That makes me wonder how many times buyers & sellers have "met" each other on these ROFR threads. I don't know if that would be cool or awkward.

Shouldn’t be awkward, both parties agreed to their deal.

A fantastic deal, but there is a 99.99% chance that gets ROFR’d.

No, there aren't. I've been keeping my eye on this particular contract for a couple of weeks because it matches my UY with my other VGC contract. I blame you guys for not buying it over that period of time.

I wouldn't say that this one has a 99.99% chance of getting ROFRed, but it is definitely well above 0%. If it is taken, at least we helped a buyer. Don't know what a plan "B" would be with so very few VGC contracts for sale right now.
