When you get into your room, you call Bell Services and they will deliver your Garden Grocer order. As long as Garden Grocer packages and labels cold stuff together, it will be stored in the Bell Services storage area in a refrigerator. Bell Services cannot deliver Garden Grocer orders to your room until you are in the room.

I thought that was true too, however during my stay at the Pop in October, they did indeed deliver my groceries to my room while I was at the park. They brought up the bags I dropped off at the luggage window too.

Hi! It's been 3 years since our Yacht Club stay. We are finally getting back! We will be staying YC Feb 1-6th and can't wait to get back. Sunken Treasures here. I come!!! Have a bit to catch up on. Just wanted to pop in and say Hi!

The Sunken Treasures are officially on the bar menu now, at Hurricane Hanna's and many of the other resort pool bars.

I just booked BC CL from May 7th to the 14th.i was very fortunate to get a CM's friends and family discount so it really helps. As I right now I am not able to get the dining plan but since we are CL it helps a little. My question is if we want drinks and we are by the pool do we have to go back to the lounge to get them or are we able to get them by the pool. By drinks I mean soda, water etc

We will be staying at the BC Villas in March, in a 2 bedroom. Are the balconies full in all the villas? Are there any room requests I should be thinking about making? We really don't care about the view, and I'm assuming we're already close-ish to Epcot. I would like a full balcony.

As others have indicated, all of the villas have full balconies.

Looking forward to my first stay at Yacht Club in May! I've been researching the resort (thanks, btw, to everyone who's involved with this thread!), and I have some questions about rooms. First, does every upper-floor garden-view room at YC have a full balcony, or do I need to request a full balcony? Second, are all of the rooms scheduled for refurbishment or just the club-level rooms? Third, do garden-view rooms generally have good views?

Those probably are my priorities: a full balcony, a recently refreshed room (if possible) and a decent view (no dumpsters or flat rooftops, please ). So, calling all YC experts: Any suggestions for room requests? Thanks!

Yes, there is only on room I know about at YC that has a smaller balcony- it is club level water view room. You should be all set.

As others have said, the wedding gazebo view is nice. Some of the YC GV rooms also look out on the YC back entrance (lakeside). We have thread of sample views on the Resort Community sub forum. You may want to check that out to get some examples of possible views.

We were at YC CL yesterday and today. Booked a standard CL room and never received any communication about switching. Upon check in, we received a great room overlooking the courtyard/SAB with a wonderful view of the fireworks.

There were no signs of construction yesterday, but this morning there were were 4-5 men in construction vests with rolling carts, etc in the closed lounge during the switch between breakfast and afternoon snacks. They were also in the halls after afternoon snacks were offered as well, though no sounds or sights of actual construction/work from what I saw.

The newly renovated lounge is so nice! For a "smaller" lounge, it was surprisingly bright and airy. The food was delicious and consistently refilled with no people back-ups/congestion or lack of places to sit. The staff was beyond accommodating and polite.

We had a great stay and will definitely return! Once I remember how to post pics, I'll update with what I have.

back! Which resort? BC or YC?

We are on the Tragical Depress after a week at Contemporary Resort. All I can say is, we will be back at Beach Club next time!! Hoping for April 2017. Saw Teena and met Wood Nymph on Monday too!! Pics to come.

Help needed, please, Yacht Club experts!

DH and I are booked at AKL for a week starting 1/24, and last night I got an email from them saying there's going to be a refurb during our stay. Since I decided to stay there instead of WL precisely to stay away from reno noise! I'm now looking at the YC for the same dates, which I can get.

My question is: Is there any refurb, construction, etc., going on at the YC during the period 1/24/16 thru 1/31/16? If there is, I won't bother moving. If there isn't, I think this is my 2nd choice, since the GF is outside my planned budget.

We will be staying at the YC 11/10-11/16/16 at Club Level to celebrate a bday (I'm nancy and it's my sis Sandy's bday 11/13!). First timers at Yac and first time CL guests! Woohoo. Great thread btw

I have started my TR the link is in my signature. I have a lot of good things to say about the Beach Club. My first deluxe stay was really a success and I don't know if I could go back to a value. I could do moderate again as I really do love POR but Beach Club is my new favorite resort. I will have photos of my room and view as soon as I get them uploaded to my computer.

Wrapping up our last day at BCV, with a 1/2 marathon sandwiched in between. It's been a great stay with a good but humid run for this CT native, a lot of parks, some pool time.....yes 60 degrees in the sun is good for us! Had a chance to meet Teena on Sunday..... Had to break the wedge of well wishers around her, but when push comes to shove and a couple of awkward laps around the lobby I overcame the challenge! There was another meet on Monday, so it was great to visit and to wish her well! For those of you I interrupted.....sorry. Back home to CT tomorrow an back here in October and again next year to run the 1/2 again!

Dee - please add us to the list! August family trip! We will be at the BC CL August 17 - 20 after spending August 13 - 17 at the Poly CL. Darn kids and summer internships, just couldn't make our planned May trip work. So, now we will squeeze in a trip after internships and before DS20 and his Princess go back to college for their senior year.

I have a quick question and sorry if it's been asked. I didn't go through all the pages. Does anyone know why the Yacht Club is completely booked (every room category) for early August? The Beach Club still has rooms left. Just curious, thank you!

Talked to central reservations about my trip in Nov, we are BC CL garden view, I said that my first choice was a full balcony. She said not to bother requesting a full balcony because all the BC CL garden view rooms have a full balcony. I proceeded to tell her that I thought that some of the rooms had Juliette balconies, or standing only balconies. She said that I was wrong. I have only stayed at the BC once and about 10 times at the YC, where I know that the majority of the rooms have full balconies.

Who is right?

We had an upgrade to waterview and had the BEST ROOM ever! Room 1157.
