This is 3522 from March 2024 -- interior is looking pretty worn. This is a dedicated 2 bedroom, directly below the Grand Villa. Trees now obliterate most of the view.

Those may not be great "Theme Park" views, but they are still nicer than parking lots or other buildings.

It’s Disney Branded now… it’s the exact same stuff as H20+ though. Disney bought out all their assets and makes it themselves now.

We had our first stay at VGC as owners this past weekend and ended up with 4502 despite reuesting for just about every non-parkview room. Overall the room was definitely showing signs of wear and in need of refurbishment but it wasn't really much worse than the hotel side room we had 2 years ago and didn't take away from our stay there at all. The noise wasn't as bad as I had feared though you could definitely hear park noises during operational hours and it does get loud when they are blasting the speakers in Paradise Gardens especially during the OBB parades.

We had a much better view of the pier from inside the living room than on the balcony which was mostly blocked by a tree. We were able to get a decent view of WOC from our room.

I would assume there is music (i think there is music 24/7), not sure how loud. I don’t think we were ever in the room in the afternoon. lol
