Are you related to someone famous?

My dad's cousin acted on M*A*S*H as a regular/main character. She is married to Marc Singer who acted on V and some other shows.

Just editing to add that every year her mom gives my parents a ham for Christmas... Every year! lol... I have always looked forward to receiving it, but it's just funny to me, that's all.

My grandmother was some kind of cousin to Franklin Delano Roosevelt and we're also somehow related to Fulton-his first name escapes me. He invented the steam engine. Is it Robert??

My dh is related to Daniel Boone. His grandmother's father or grandfather (not sure how far back they go) is a brother to Daniel.

If you're related to FDR, then you're related to Teddy Roosevelt, George Washington, and about ten other presendents.

I read somewhere that George Washington was related to a lot of our presedents very distantly . . .

Judy Garland......on my father's mother's side.....so then Liza Minelli as well

William the Conquerer is my 25x great.........I'm also related to the first mayor of Boston who was taken back to england and beheaded.

Wow, that's cool. My aunt did a whole geneological (sp?) thing, and we are related to Robert Fulton also. My maiden name is Fulton.

Victor Sjöström was a famous Swedish actor and is my great, great uncle on my mother's side. He starred in a movie called "Wild Strawberries" which was directed by Ingmar Bergman.

Victor and Charlie Chaplan were very good friends.

That Indian(cant remember the name right now) that created the Indian alphabet.

That Wilcox fellow that was rodeo champ. 2nd cousin.

Not anyone alive, but acording to some recent material we have discovered, I may be a direct Mayflower Descendant.....not too glamourous, but I thought it was very interesting.

I didn't know all that-I figured Teddy, but wasn't sure so didn't put that down. I've got a bunch of geneaological stuff, but have never really gone through it.
