Any September guests received FP+ testing invite?

For those of you that are able to do the FastPass+ selections now for September, did you do early online checkin?

Does anyone know if that is a requirement for being able to "activate" customizing the magicbands and selecting fastpass+ selections? Assuming of course your resort is eligible etc etc

We weren't going to do online checkin unless it is needed....

I'm helping out a friend who is arriving at POP on Sept 13th. We just did online checkin for her but still no bands or FP+. Going to keep trying.
 
I'm visiting POFQ for 6 nights and AKL for 8, checking in 17th Sept.
Literally going insane waiting for some news and updates!
Got a feeling because I'm from UK and staying at multiple resorts I won't even get a chance anyway :(
 
One other note, unless things have changed in the past week, Disney is not yet shipping bands internationally. Those of us who live outside the US will have our bands shipped to our resort in spite of the email that may say they're shipping to your home.

Room Only reservation at Pop 9/1
Package at Pop begining 9/2
Purchased 2 day MYW tickets with package, but will upgrade to 7 day tickets upon arrival.
FP+ was available for me last night
MB were availabe for customizing this afternoon

So, even though I currently only have a 2 day ticket, I am able to make FP+ reservations for my legnth of stay!

*I have not recieved an email and have not completed online check in yet either.

I'm part of the August test and didn't receive any emails to try the new system even though I've been able to personalize bands and order 10 days of FP+s. I would recommend keeping trying rather than waiting for an official invitation.

We live in Canada so not sure if that has anything to do with it?

Also, just tried to access FP+ for a friend and was not able to.

Passes: 6 days
FP+: No
Bands: No

No emails here either. Just kept checking site.
 
We only have 23 days until our trip to Disney world. We are staying at POP from sept 5-10, 2013. I didn't get an email or anything but I went and checked the magic band link and there it was 3 bands waiting to be customized. I first booked our resort at All Star Sport and asked the CM if they were doing magic bands there all she said was the resorts that currently doing the testing will most likely be the same resort for September. So I switched to POP cause I have been seeing people Instagram pictures of the magic bands and they were staying at POP. The CM also told me that not everyone staying at the Resort will get to try it out and it's like when they run out they run out kind of thing. Hope this helps keep your fingers cross! Hopefully Good new should come soon if you are staying at POP.
 
I never officially got a notice of any sort (unless my JunkMail folder swallowed it ;)) but, I was playing with the site and can customize for our trip to POP Sept 4-8. We can do FP+ and MagicBands however, the only problem that I have at the moment is that my best friend doesn't have her info on her WDW account so, until she adds her AP and her kids AP, I can do MY FP+ but, not hers. I'll post pictures on how it works once I get a chance. I am at work now. Shhh! ;)

Package at POR starting 9/2 (6 day tix, DLX Dining) ... NO INVITE & NO Access via the MDE menu's.

Added RO at POP 8/31 & 9/1 this AM.

Immediately had access to customize MB & select FP+, for entire length of stay.

FP+ was somewhat limited (9/2 - 9/8) .. all the "headliners" were there for each park, but no parades or fireworks.

Was able to do a FP+ lunch ressie for BOG (just one.. tried to add another lunch and could only replace previous one). this was IN ADDITION to the 3 FP+ for my park for that day. The BOG ressie is NOT showing up in the MDE "my reservations" link.. but it's there when I go directly to the BOG reservation site. They are disconnected, just as previously reported here.

We may/may not need the 8/31 RO, so I will very likely be cancelling that (up to 5 days prior for full refund).

I've done pre-check in for POR, but not POP. Literally, as soon as I booked POP, the next screen I clicked on was the My Disney Experience Dropdown ->MagicBands and I was able to customize. I next went straight to FP+ and was able to select FP for my entire length of stay (both reservations.. they were automatically linked).

I should still be able to use my MB, FP+, reservations for the POR stay, even if I completely cancel POP... my bands are coming to my home.

Interesting thing.. my package ressie had "letters" in in, therefore couldn't use the confirmation to book BOG lunch. The RO ressie is numbers only, therefore, I used that to book that reservation.

Good to know!! We are in Germany. I was checking the Website today and noticed I was able to do this as it said hurry now to customize as bands are being sent.

So I picked the Colors and was able to make FP+ ressies!!!

My stats:
01-03 Sept at AKL room only and I checked-in about 2 weeks ago.
03-08 Sept at POR package with FD, have not checked in online.

Need some help. I was trying to book a fast pass to BOG but could not locate it in the FP selection. Should I be looking someplace else for this FP?? In other words HELP.lol

you will need to use an "all number" reservation number.. if you have a package with "letters" in the confirmation, it will not accept it.

Very helpful! This was my plan! Were staying @ por on the 22nd hoping 2 do the same thing
 
I'm getting bummed out by my own thread!

I started this thing, expecting (hoping) to be invited to the party, and looks like I'll be on the outside looking in. We are 25 days out, staying at ASMu and looks like the choice of hotel is blocking us.

I did that and was able to make a reservation for lunch, but how do I make the other FP+ options?
