Please explain walking like I am 5 years old

If you are booking a room that has FW thst can happen because those rooms are booked before the 11 month window.

For example, if I want a RV studio at RIV, I know that several have been bought for that first or second week of December.

If I am walking, and that is the room I want, it could end up stopping me because the number of rooms available is reduced for that week.

Same with refurbishing the rooms,,.they pull rooms for that ahead of time…and we don’t know how many that is…so it could happen.

It’s not likely, but possible. You don’t mention what you are trying for so it may not even apply.

Its for theme park view at BLT one bedroom ..should I start with a week and whittle it down to 3 or 4 nights as I go or just start with the intended number of nights?

I went on to try it and got all nervous and couldn’t book it..I’m afraid I’ll get stuck with dates I don’t want like closer to Christmas Day ..I need practice

You don’t have to worry about either of those specific situations which is good!

Whatever you have the points for would be my recommendation! You just don’t want to do any borrowing you won’t end up needing.

The longer the reservation, the less often you have to move…but, if you feel more comfortable just starting with 4 to match what you want!

As soon as you decide to start, you should be all set!

Yes, based on their timing or reserving it the day you need. I have been walking the week after TG for a month. Today, I finished it. Of the 3 villas I have one was no longer available in the type for all nights. So I had to pick up a different view.
