Good Morning All!


what's every one doing this weekend?


We are attending a birthday dinner tonight for Dan's owner of his company (they are having a band afterwards so maybe it won't be a total yawn! )..............taking my kids to sleep over Grandmas tonight so it will be nice to be kid free for a little while.....

Beautiful sunny day here ....it was a nice way to wake up!

Morning! Overcast here, but warm. I'm going to a bridal shower this afternoon and the kids to a birthday party. Later, Lew & I will go and hang out with the birthday family for a while, they're the one's we're going to Baltimore with in October.

It is a glorious day here and it has started out perfectly!
A few minor errands to run this morning, but nothing really, til this evening when we go out to dinner with some friends. Seems like a perfect day to spend in the hammock in the back yard listening to the ballgame and day-dreaming!

I'm enjoying the sunshine right now. We have an engagement party to go to around 4. Both parties have been married before. The guy is a best friend of my DH. What do you bring as a gift? Should I get a bottle of wine? Suggestions please.

DH is working this morning~he should be home by 1sh..........then we need to go to the mall to get the stuff we need for the trip. I need a new dress-up outfit for the aniversary party & so do both my boys. Grandma (MIL) called this morning to ask if she could take Meg shopping for her dress since she had bought my nieces dresses too.........ok with me and btw she needs shoes too

Brian~Enjoy your hammock day~it sounds incredibly peaceful!!

SB~A bottle of wine would be a great gift! They have such cute ways of wrapping them now too IMHO you canb't go wrong with Beringer for a reasonably priced Merlot or Pinot Noir and their Chardonnay ain't bad either.....Coppola makes good wines too but they are a little more expensive....we also enjoy the Blackstone Merlot, Cakebread is a wonderful Chardonnay if they prefer white (little bit more $$ though) if you need more wine ideas let me know-not that we drink a lot.....just enjoy wine
