Shipping home from park- timeline?

Hello!

I shipped several things home during my trip but one has not shown up yet. I have all the receipt paperwork. I shipped it on July 26th. Like I said everything else has shown up. I have UPS notifications set up to know when we are getting a package and nothing yet for that one. I am not even sure who to call or reach out to.

For curious minds it's the giant 48inch stuffed stitch for my son....

Every time I get something shipped from Disney, I almost never get the notification it just shows up. I just got a packaged delivered which took about 2 weeks via UPS and it's not listed in UPS as a package expected for delivery, but I got it. I have no idea how their system works but it's not a typical delivery. There's always a first time, but I have never not got received something I had shipped.

It doesn't take long for the items to ship, but we did have an issue where the person inputting the zip code for the shipping label mixed up a number (ex: instead of 84112, they put in 84121) so it was delayed by a little over a week. Our street is the only one named this in the entire U.S., and we had the correct city and state, but the zip code mistype made the box reroute to a city two hours away from us. We had two of the large light up Mickey and Minnie pumpkins and a wreath shipped at the same time, but only the wreath had this issue.

Luckily, UPS opened up the box and read the packing slip and was able to get it sent to the correct place but was frustrating. Might be worth giving Disney or UPS a call.

You bought it on July 26th which was a Saturday. Your package has to be processed by Disneyland and that takes 2 days then it will be picked up for UPS. I shipped everything hope and it takes 10 to 12 days from purchase date. You bought on a weekend so it will slightly longer.

You bought it on July 26th which was a Saturday. Your package has to be processed by Disneyland and that takes 2 days then it will be picked up for UPS. I shipped everything hope and it takes 10 to 12 days from purchase date. You bought on a weekend so it will slightly longer.

I would typically agree but I shipped like 5 other things the same day and had them 2 days ago.

Well I sure hope it shows...that thing is darn cute! We always joked you would have to buy it its own seat on the plane!
