Alamo Version of Emerald Aisle...Not in MCO??

So...I priced National with Emerald Aisle service level and it was just too much $$.l

So...I priced Alamo(using mousesavers codes/enter book for both)and found a good price.

I booked it.

BUT - It said I had to go to the counter............
Gee, I must have done something wrong...

I cancled and started over........

Same thing...I have to go to the counter...
I called Alamo....Rep said Quick Service or Whatever it is called is NOT Available in MCO???????!!!!!!!!1

Is this correct??
