*May 2025 Check-In Thread*

I'll be there May 23-28 staying off-site. Going with a friend and our kiddos. We booked Goofys Kitchen so far at the request of the kids. Other than Naples and Carnation Cafe we're going to stick with quick service.
Enjoy your trip! Welcome! Enjoy Goofys Kitchen.

We are taking my grandsons for the 3-year-old's 4th birthday from May 9th - May 15th. His birthday is the 14th and he is a Cars fanatic. We are going the week before the 70th stuff starts. Hoping it will be a bit slower for him as we will also have his 16-month-old brother. My daughter and I are WDW pros and have been to Disneyland once. I think Disneyland is more geared for their ages. Looking forward to Toon Town and Cars Land as well as the more available toddler rides.

Have a wonderful trip!! Your grandsons will enjoy Disneyland and DCA! Happy birthday to your grandson!

We are doing the end of May, beginning of June this year for my son's 6th Birthday.

5/27-5/29, Staying at the BW Carlsbad by the Sea and doing 2 days at Legoland. 5/29-6/3, staying at the Anaheim Desert Inn and doing 3 days at Disneyland.
Enjoy your trip! Happy Birthday to your son!!

My childhood friend (who is not a Disney Park's fan and has never been) and I are going for a single day on the 8th. We'd talked about this trip way back in 2019 and actually bought single day tickets to visit in May of 2020 and well that didn't happen. Need to call in to get those tickets updated with current pricing. Also, we are both SW fans so we'll enjoy Season of the Force. I'm also hoping to see some 70th Anniversary merch.

We arrive May 30th for a 4 day trip, it will be our last for several years due to cost from Australia so hoping to make the most of it. We purchased LLMP for the first time.
Enjoy your trip!! LLMP will be worth it for you!

May 2-4 for me and my Husband. Second time for Star Wars night. We have been going every year for 19 years :) (minus covid year, but we went three times in 2022 to 2023) My sister and her husband are joining us this trip, its the first time she has gone in 15 years (she is 18 years younger than me! And the last time she went she was 14) I am so excited!

I feel that I need to say that I am now an empty nester, my baby is 19 and I have taken him every year of his life until this year. It is hard not taking him on this trip, but my hubby and I wanted to do this empty nester thing on our “own”. It’s his freshman year in college!

Add us to the list! Just booked ourselves for 3 days at DL from May 2-5. Wasn't sure about a Star Wars night so skipping the 4th and just doing a rest day of some sort. And like Jcatron243 we are going without our now-adult kiddos this time. We took the whole family back in December but this time will be just the two of us, even so will hopefully still be a great time!

Excited for our upcoming trip. My family (DH, DS 16, DD 12) and I will be going May 26-29th. We'll be staying at the Disneyland Hotel. We're doing 4 one park per day. We'll do DL, DL, DCA, DL. We usually don't go to the park on our arrival day, but will this trip. I'm a bit concerned about Grad Nights, but going with a positive mindset. I have Lamplight Lounge reserved for 7:50 in hopes that we'll get to catch WoC after eating. Not a big deal if we don't, just would be neat if we can. We also booked Blue Bayou for lunch.

Enjoy your trip! I would get a park hopper on the grad nights or make sure you do DL on those days....the impact of GN is not like Oogie Boogie. You will be fine.

Looking forward to our May 13-20 trip to celebrate our daughter’s pharmacy school commencement. Hoping all the May guests enjoy amazing weather and reasonable crowd levels!
Enjoy your trip! Congrats on your daughter's graduation!!

The deal we did was for one park per day, otherwise we would have done park hopper. We were on a grad nite in 2018, but I don't remember how it was. 😄 I'm guessing that's a good thing. I'm sure if it was horrible, I would have remembered to stay away from them. We are also doing DCA that day. 😆 I heard most get park hoppers and start their day at Disneyland, since they have the night to themselves in DCA. I'll get to test it out though since one of the grad nite's we'll be at Disneyland.
