Destination D23 2025 Aug 29-31, 2025 at Coronado Springs

Yeah. I'm assuming it's the Halloween Party, with attendees getting first dibs and then maybe the rest for D23 members. Assuming that they just did't put details because nothing is announced about MNSSHP.

For the 30th, you mean the thing at Typhoon Lagoon? I was confused cause I thought you meant a MNSSHP on the 30th, but Disney hasn't announced any info on 2025 yet right?
I thought 2025 dates were out. The thread looks updated, but maybe I’m mistaken.

Went back and read more carefully. Reading comprehension error on my part.

Someone posted that the August 29th (Friday) is usually just shopping? So I shouldn't plan anything for that day but I may end up with free time that day? Seems like a good day to hit Disney Springs or the Boardwalk or anything else that doesn't involve a ticket. :)

I'm making a week of it since I'm a West-Coaster, so I booked the Coronado from Monday - Monday.
I also already booked the After-Hours events for Hollywood Studios (Wed 8/27) and EPCOT (Thurs).

Also a reminder the conference links has discounted park tickets if needed for anyone... wasn't any cheaper for the after-hours events, but looks like a decent discount on the multiday tickets..

Yes, Friday is just shopping. You get to pick your slot of time to do it when the RSP opens. It's nowhere near as much stuff as the Expo. It's smaller, we've usually been done in about an hour looking through everything. Definitely free time on Friday until the spooky surprise event

If Test Track has reopened, I'm thinking I'll do the Epcot after hours on Thursday, too. Heck, even if it hasn't, I might anyway. The parks are too hot for me in the summer but I can manage late evening park time.

My tentative thinking:
Wed - fly out from SoCal
Thurs - "work" from Orlando, attend Epcot after hours (or try for A Goofy Movie)
Fri - shopping, check out the Disney Springs stuff, TBD (MNSSHP?)
Sat - conference, Typhoon Lagoon
Sun - conference
Mon - fly home

There is a DVC DHS Moonlight Magic on Monday night and I SO wish I could stay for that, but my son starts school on Tuesday, so should probably be a good mom and have him show up. 🤣

I like your plan. Especially the “work” part. I might “work” as well. lol.

I’m told Uber will pick up kids and take them to school. (Kidding. Mostly.)
