Just got home last night. Wonderful stay at YC CL. I booked the 40% off bounceback for Christmas! We had the wrong expired clock in our room but they honored it anyway. I don't know if I will keep the trip. 3 months seem sooo soon to return but I may! Teena always advises to BOOK and then deal with it when you get home! Got to see Teena again. Such a sweetie as always!

Glad you enjoyed your trip. How far back is the bounceback offer go to ..does it go into 2012?

Has anyone here had any experience with getting a rental car at the Swan/Dolphin (sorry, I am not even sure which hotel it is that has this ) My DH just saw that the Blackhawks will play the Tampa Lightning while we are down in WDW and we are considering buying tickets and driving to the game for the night (and of course adding a day to our trip to make up for lost time ). We always use DME and have never even considered a rental. Any advice is helpful!!

Just booked a very last minute trip to Orlando Sept 11-15. We are doing Universal the first night and then moving over to Disney. We booked a 2-bedroom at the BCV, we've stayed many times at both YC and BC but never in the Villas, any tips/advice on the property such as special room requests/locations would be appreciated, it will be 5 adults traveling, thanks!

We always use DME and have never even considered a rental. Any advice is helpful!!

It's the Dolphin and it was very easy! We love Magical Express and use it as much as possible, but sometimes we add Disney to the end of a Florida beach trip, so we have have a rental car to return when we arrive on property. We used to return our car to the car care center when we arrived, but that was not entirely convenient. Still needed transportation to our resort, so my husband would drop us off, go return the car and we'd wait for him.

Return at the Dolphin was much better - just pulled up and the valet took the car and gave us a receipt. That's it! So although we don't have the full rental car experience, but we were extremely happy with the Dolphin on the return. It's perfect for the Epcot area resorts!

I've done it pick up and return. Very very simple. The pick up location is just inside the Dolphin by where the valet is. I'll be renting a car from there for the upcoming November trip. Hope this helps.

I'm looking forward to our first stay at the Yacht Club in October for the Food & Wine Fest. Originally booked at POR but when the annual passholder rates came out, I couldn't resist upgrading. We have stayed at the BC before and know we love the location.

At the YC right now. Check in Friday am, gv room ready at check in. Kids are loving SAB, I liked watching the fireworks from EPCOT in the pool.

DHS was packed today! Still had a great time. Waiting 1 1/2 hours for our ADR at Mama Melrose!!! Not good.

I knew it would be hot but this is HOT!!!!!

Hey all...

Just wanted to express how happy I am right now! I am a chronic resort changer, and I have been wrestling with where to stay in Disney for at least part of our honeymoon (we've got five free nights at the Swan on points). After changing resorts and room types at least ten times, I am happy to announce that we'll be staying at the Beach Club from October 7th-10th! I was able to snag a great AP rate, so Beach Club here we come!!!!!

Welcome roydavid. BC is a great Honeymoon resort. Walking to EPCOT in October is great

I'm using Alamo this time because the discount (as of now) is better than National. Last time I used National because the discount was better than Alamo. As far as I know it is only Alamo and National. I'm not sure where the lot is because I was staying AK CL last time and valeted free since I'm DVC. I think the lot is right across from the lobby entrance (I could be wrong though).

We had a 2 bdrm, which in my eyes was a 1 bdrm with a connecting standard room. What would you like to know?
