Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

@Mousemommy1 I’m so glad you had such an enjoyable trip! I cannot thank you enough for posting that review! It was so helpful. We are trying to plan a trip in Feb bringing our two adult kids, that we *think* will likely be the last hurrah for just the four of us (future trips will have to have more budget friendly accommodations because we will likely be paying for additional guests), and we are torn about where to stay. We absolutely love CL at GF but are strongly considering BWI CL for that trip. We have never stayed at BWI before (it was that darn clown pool for me, too) and thought we might really enjoy walking to Epcot and HS, since our last few trips we have spent most of our time at MK and AK. I’m just not sure whether it’s worth “giving up” the GF to stay there, if that makes sense. But your review definitely keeps it strongly in the running!

Side note, if anyone else has any input on that topic, I’m, as they say, all ears! :earsgirl:

Returned from a stay at BWI CL. We were there from 7/11 - 7/19. It's been awhile since we've done CL, but we have done it at WL, BC, YC and Poly for comparison.
I'm not quite sure why I've put off staying at BWI for so long (probably due to the clown pool that no longer exists, LOL) but we LOVED our stay there. I would say that it's tied for 2nd place with AKL for our family favorite. GF is number 1!
The staff at BWI CL was wonderful. Super helpful and super on top of keeping the place clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Lorenzo - what a character!
The food options were nice. I really like that breakfast was more than the standard muffins, croissants, etc... They did have this but they also had a rotation of eggs, different quiches, bacon, ham and sausage. There were cereals and yogurts available as well. The evening options rotated between items such as pulled pork sandwiches, mac n cheese, beefy mac, pork belly and mashed potatoes (yum!), chicken bao buns. I'm sure I'm forgetting some.
Our room was 2 doors down from the lounge so it was a super convenient location.
I'm not sure why, but the walk to Epcot and HS seems so much shorter from BWI than BC/YC.
Anyway, it was a great stay and we will definitely do BWI again!
Thank you for the update!!! We are there in a couple of months and am getting very excited about our stay. Is beer and wine still self serve in the evenings?

@GADisneyDad14 Informed of the change a few days ago. I love TIKImans FB pages so I checked there and a few people confirmed the recent change.
I will be there Sunday if you are still there then? Say hey!
Boo on the ice cream news. It was my favorite part of staying at the Poly club level this past spring.

Yay for your trip! Wish I could meet a Dis Board legend, but we will be leaving very early on Sunday 😢 Still, the family and I decided to get annual passes again and it seems we often stay at a lot of the same club levels as you. So hopefully next time!
