I got this contract before knowing disboard…. Not a great deal, but still excited to use it for next summer!

Congrats! Price paid up front is minor when looking at overall cost of the contract, BLT has low dues so that is a bargain in itself! Also, no worries you will be back here posting a deal in this thread once addonitis hits.

Bummer, Cammy at DVC Title and Escrow got back to me and said they’re still waiting on a decision from Disney. I assumed they went in order. Still waiting!

I went back to double check my dates. I returned my contract 6/26, but received agent email on 7/1 that it was sent to ROFR. Hopefully you are hearing back soon!
