It works very quickly if you have your resort reservation #. If we have to search the system for it, the call will take longer. Lately it's been taking up to 5 minutes to search. It has been reported to IT.

That is correct information.

No one was lazy or clueless. Our system will not allow us to book a reservation inside of one hour from the time a guest calls.
